I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered from Australia, 500ml's of Enrofloxacin (which costs around $150 AUD), I received 100ml's, so a fifth of what I ordered. I have emailed multiple times, called multiple times and every time I call they're "closed" even though it's the middle of the day and their website says they're open. What a complete rip off!

Called several days ago and placed an order. Still have not received a reply or confirmation that it has been mailed out.

Everything for the pigeon enthusiast in one location. Prices are reasonable too. They try hard to keep everything in stock in a challenging post pandemic supply chain.

Took my money and RAN. I have tried to reach out several times about my purchase (that I didn't receive due to their negligence), with no response.

ETA: They responded today but only after my 1 star review, not after my 2 separate emails over the last 2 weeks. And not to try to rectify the issue of their absence but to say "too bad. "

The one star stays. I also started receiving spam emails for shipping after making that purchase. I don't recommend this company.

Great customer service at Jedds from the workers there, the inventory is amazing and they have everything I needed for my homing pigeons. Will definitely be making the drive again soon when i need some more supplies!

They have a great variety of vitamins, supplements and products for birds. I buy cockatiel feed and it's been the cheapest bargain. The only complaint is when I call they don't answer to verify if they are open because I been there when on line it says there open but they are actually closed.
