Jeff was referred to us by our wonderful real estate agent. My husband and I previously worked with the major banks (Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo) previously. We were working with some tight timelines and our agent told us that the big banks will be too steeped in bureaucratic processes to work efficiently and she was right. Working with the big banks was always difficult due to us having to work within their time constraints, never having more guided personal support and multiple handoffs within the same bank. Working with Jeff and Tania was a breadth of fresh air. They knew exactly what we needed to provide them, we’re always readily available to take our phone calls to resolve any confusion and just really hustled for us. Their website was friendly to use and Jeff really took the time to explain to us multiple times the pros and cons of each rate option and run multiple scenarios with us. We were able to close on the loan is record time thanks to how much Jeff and Tania were willing to work with us. Jeff asked us to provide any general feedback and we struggled to find anything negative to say which is a testament to how fantastic the experience was overall!

Working with Jeff was an absolute pleasure. As a first time home owner, applying for a mortgage and going through escrow wouldn't have been as smooth without Jeff and his colleague Amy. They really took the time to walk us through the steps, and fielded any questions we had along the way. When you need a quick response, Jeff and Amy are on it whether it's text, phone call, or e-mail. I have friends who had less than stellar experiences with other loan officers, and I would not hesitate to work with Jeff and his team in the future.

Jeff is a ROCKSTAR! I can't speak of him more highly. Jeff was very communicative and explained everything about the loan process very thoroughly. He is very organized and professional. This was extremely helpful as a first time home buyer. I think the biggest thing we loved about working with Jeff was his speed. We got pre-approved on 1/1, saw a home on 1/3, put an offer in on 1/4, opened escrow on 1/8 then closed escrow in 12 days (this is including a 3 day weekend!). It took only 20 days for us to get from pre-approval to getting our keys.

Closing in 12 days is INSANE! I haven't heard of anyone else closing this quickly! On top of that - Jeff made sure that we got a fair rate.

Jeff is a true professional, and working with him was an awesome experience. From the escrow beginning to end, he was communicative and patient. He never hesitated to hop on a quick call when I had questions or needed clarification about what my next steps were. As a REALTOR I have worked with many different loan officers the past 7 years and without a debt Jeff went above and beyond for the client we were working with. Jeff came recommended through our real estate agent, Andrew Liu. Jeff was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us as first time home buyers who didn't know anything about buying a home. Jeff and Amy were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the refinance process.   I had no idea what to do or what would be involved, but they took me by the hand every step of the way.   They were always accessible and always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had.   And I had many.   I really appreciated how they took their time explaining to me how to do this and why I had to do that and then explaining it to me again until I understood.   There is so much paperwork to fill out and so many documents to be gathered it can be very overwhelming.
