The design. The room, no Loft was amazing and comfortable. Everything was well kept and prepared. This literally felt like a luxury home.every need was available and supplied. It was quick, simple and direct. Staff was very responsive and answered any questions with concern and professionalism.

I like the fact being able to reserve a furnished apartment as a hotel room is a thing. I liked how clean and inviting the apartment was and all the amenities that came with the apartment that was part of the price for it. Just practically spotless and everything sort of gleamed and glowed at first glance. Again, I was surprised that I had rented an apartment as my hotel stay and so I was very surprised to be treated with complimentary snacks and drink along with being able to take part of som

Great atmosphere and really nice and spacious! Location was right near downtown by a lot of venues. Great for weekend getaway. The only disadvantage was limited parking on the street.

Where to start? The people, the place and the location were all I needed to sign a lease and move in. The management has been so helpful and insightful through the whole mover in process, even down to suggesting their favorite taco shops. The brand new apartment we moved into instantly felt like home with a nifty welcome gift from the Jefferson and they even took the time to do a walkthrough before we arrived. Right across from Mission Bay and close proximity to all things awesome in PB? Sign me up!

A new apartment community, open almost a year, still undergoing growing pains. For the most part people adhere to the rules but there are those who think they don’t apply to them. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Safety and cleanliness. Spotless. Everything you need when you arrive. Quick and convenient. Fast response.

Awful location. Not only does this do a disservice to the locals in Pacific Beach but the traffic is horrendous. I have no idea why anyone would stay here. They added lights to an already busy freeway exit so now the commute home just got longer. Shame on you and shame on whoever you paid off to allow this to happen. Way to take advantage of the pandemic.

YIKES. The worst location possible that creates crazy amount of traffic that makes me absolutely hate this place. Still do not understand how they allowed something like this to be built? Please do not even bother checking out this complex.

The Jefferson is one of the cleanest, safest and most friendly residence I’ve stayed in. From the entire staff at The Jefferson and Barsala, I couldn’t have been more pleased with my stay! I was immediately contacted upon me inquiring about staying here and had the pleasure of Ronald Pescador assisting me with my entire reservation so effortlessly. He was available at all times for any questions I’ve had and accommodated my family more than we could’ve asked for. If you’re looking to stay here, I highly recommend having Ronald assist you!

Loved staying at Jefferson Pacific Beach, Ronald Pescador was very helpful and professional. I recommend staying here, very clean.

I prefer to have a condo type arrangement as opposed to a hotel environment. Especially in this era, it is much easier to social distance like this. It was brand new. Aside from that everything was neat and tidy and there were a few touches that went beyond the normal amount of just making things clean. Extremely helpful app with full details for check in. Grab keys from an electronic box, park, go to accommodations. Near live text (sms) customer service. Outstanding.

Was one of the first guest to stay here & honestly it’s the best stay ever in pacific beach, not far from the bars and restaurants. Ronald is a great host, he always checked up on us during our stay to make sure we were good. 100% will stay here again!

This was a great experience! I definitely would recommend anyone to stay. Great location, great water view (2B2B) very spacious, very clean. Communication with Barsala people was easy, professional and great.

We were fortunate enough to secure a last minute booking through Barsala after arriving late at night to a sub par hotel. Ronald with Barsala exceeded our expectations with prompt communication to having an assistant check up in after normal business hours. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was gorgeous. Every single need was met down to premium bath products and laundry capability. We highly recommend Barsala!
