Only good for basic maintenance like fluid changes. Anything that requires some mechanical/ engineering inclination should be taken to a different shop. You'll need to be very lucky to get Jeff on the phone. Had my Porsche Boxster "repaired" and after spending around $1,200, the problem still persists.
