There was a lawsuit against the builder of my community. When we purchased our house, Penny nor her husband informed us that the sellers already attained the money and kept it for themselves. Instead of being upfront with us, we just didn't matter. We are just another payday for them. Because of this we are not able to make the proper changes that the shouse needs.
