The best! We started the home buying process Aug '22. We wasted a year going through 3 different horrible lenders. I started watching Jen's videos, educated myself and called Guaranteed Rate in late Aug 2023, we closed on our new home Nov. 6th 2023. And it only took that long because we were terribly indecisive about picking a home! They would have had us approved and closed in 30 days EASILY if we already knew which house we wanted. Never call anyone else! Just start with Jen Beeston and her FABULOUS team 1st, I sure wish I would have. Easy to talk to, I honestly feel like I'm friends with Jen and her team now. Lol. I could go on forever, I won't last thing, we had an issue with changing our contract to us paying all of closing, rather than seller paying most of it. It was Saturday evening about 8pm. I text Jen asking her to please check our file and see if we could do that and let me know anytime the next day. She called me within 5 min, went to her computer and figured it out with me. Jennifer’s team is absolutely amazing. They provided the fastest, smoothest process anyone can hope for. Jolene got my file organized and passed off to Jen A.with the quickness. Jen and Chadwick were awesome to work with. Together they helped me get all the documents I needed to get underwritten. Jennifer explained everything from the rate to what each individual fee was in the closing costs so I could easily understand it. She was very helpful about the rate since these 2023 rates are out of control. Then when I was underwritten and in contract I was sent to Krissy for all the final things. Everything went so smooth and quick I had 2 weeks to prepare before closing. This team is for sure the zero stress team. Anytime I felt stressed I would reach out and they would reassure me that everything was good. I highly recommend this team! I hope I can work with them again in the future.

Okay where can I start from? We started putting offers in October 2022 with another pre-approval we got but nothing happened. Then I founded Jennifer on YouTube and I decided to contact her for the first time on November 18th, 2022.

After that first call, I new I was going to move forward with Jennifer's Team. We were looking and looking month after month without progress we put offers but nothing happened. During that time we were watching her videos all the time and of course hoping to be able to buy our first home in some point.

During the summer of 2023 we decided to do the Same-Day program so after that we were ready to put offers more attractive because we were able close in 15 days. Fast forward to the last week of August we saw this home and the seller was looking for a 45 days close, we put our offer and the same day he accepted it.

We closed the second week of October and we are planning to move in soon. This long story to say, Jennifer's Team is THE BEST, it's not a wonderful market right now but her Team work hard to make us feel confident and also to be ready for any opportunity arising. The closing process was so smooth for us because of all the things that we did prior that accepted offer.
