It is our privilege to write a testimonial sharing our experience with Jennifer Castaneda.
We have always known that should we ever decide to sell our home it would be through Jennifer.  During our first meeting we were impressed by her warm demeanor, professionalism and attention to detail. When we met Jen we were relocating across the country with little to no knowledge on where a good fit for us would be. Jennifer went above and beyond to get to know our likes, dislikes, deal breakers, lifestyle, hobbies and sports interests then curated a list of areas for us to explore. She spent two full days driving us / touring different areas and homes to then discover what is important to us not just a community, but an actual home.

I moved from Michigan to California and as this was my first experience buying a home, I had so many questions and to be honest, I was a little bit lost about what I was looking for. Jenn had patience and taught me to identify what was important for me to have in my new home, what was nice to have and things that were not priority and how to quantify the cost x benefit. We visited several houses and I need to say that it was an adventure (on the good side). She was amazing and she stayed with me from the beginning of the process until the end, giving me support, answering questions, helping with a few additional requests that I had, etc. I could not ask for a better professional!
