Dr. MacEwan was absolutely kind and put me at ease right away. She is the ENT doctor I will always go to! Rancho ENT brings back the quintessential simple doctors office experience and charm that is missing in the US healthcare system. Doctor and patient direct interaction is as good as it gets with this practice. Dr. MacEwan answered all my questions and gave me an awesome game plan for my treatment.
I called to make an appointment as I was referred by another doctor. I gave receptionist my ins. Info and was about to make the appointment. The receptionist informed me I needed to give a $50 deposit to make the appointment even though my co-pay is only $15. She said I would be refunded when I showed up to the appointment. That is the first time I had a doctors office ask for that this. I chose not to use this doctor because of this. Seems shady and not patient friendly.
