On time, through and professional. Plus she squeezed me in the day I called and didn’t make me go to Urgent Care. When s a great doctor. Her medical staff are also terrific. They always follow through, returning calls promptly. The online portal “Follow my Health” is an easy way to get in touch, see medial test results, see shot reminders and communicate is easy to use.

Dr. Wong is one of the rare physicians who still takes her time with patients, listens carefully to their concerns, involves the patient in their care, follows evidence-based care, and achieves results. She is also kind and empathetic. I highly recommend her.

She is an Outstanding Doctor She cares about you as a person. We are a team on my health care She doesn't talk at me but with me. She is knowledgeable and presents the facts provides guidance but the ultimate decision is mine. When I call with a concern she always returns My call within 24 hours. An if I need to be seen She will work me into her schedule in a timely manner. Her follow-up is Exceptional. She is the best Doctor I respect her as a person and a Doctor I am glad my She is my Doctor I consider myself Blessed.

I'm extremely disappointed in quite a few things. First, no doctor should add anymore patients than they can handle, this causes appointments way too far out especially if there are emergencies. Second why have the Follow My Health messaging system if it's not going to be utilized. Having to repeat information over and over again is a waste of time for both myself and the doctor. It's impossible not to feel like I'm being scheduled to come in for copay. Patients should not need to make an appointment for referrals, especially for the one I needed. The doctor, while nice enough, is just repeating herself, again wasting everyones time.

I’ve been lucky enough to have Dr. Wong as my primary care physician for many years. She is hands-down, the most caring, knowledgeable, and hard working doctor I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for her care! Thank you Dr. Wong!
