My family ordered recuerdos for my grandmas funeral services and they spelled my grandmas name wrong on all the recuerdos. My mom had paid before they gave her the order and once she went to pick up they told her she was told she would have to pay the original price if they redid them. They should at least take into account their mistakes and offer a half price since we had already paid the full price for them. We should not have to pay the full price again for them to fix their mistake. Never going back to this business.
