Jennys Dog Grooming, Panorama City CA

I have been taking my dog here possibly for two years now until, she accidentally cut my dogs feet to the point where he left puddles of blood. I wish I could take pictures of it so I can back up my claim because she is such a manipulative selfish person ever. I called her telling her she cut my dogs paws and she told me word for word ‘Oh probably your doggy got hurt on the way home’. Like GIRL IF MY DOG GOT HURT ON THE WAY HOME I WOULDNT BE CALLING YOU! So I hung up the phone and moved on with life until the next time he needed a cut I walked in and as soon as she saw me and my dog BENJI she wanted me to sign something because I was always complaining about something! The balls she had to tell I complain! Her boyfriend her helper whoever he is cuts my dogs hair horribly! He sucks period! So I told them hey I would love for the girl to cut my dogs hair because I love it and that was the first ‘complain’ I ever made. I could go to a damn NAIL SALON AND CHOOSE WHO I WANT FOR THEM TO DO MY NAILS! I am of course going to speak for my dog I have the right to choose! Second ‘complain’ that she cut my dogs feet WHEN SHE OVSLY DID and manage to blame me. She is so manipulative she tried to get me to sign something so if anything happened to my dog it will be on me. SHE THE WORST PERSON EVER SHE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOGS TRUST ME DONT TAKE THEM THERE RUNNNNNNNN!

Excellent service, my children leave happy, and I recommended people who are also satisfied with the service.

I took my 2 dogs there because it had very good reviews, but everything ended badly.
I knew that my dogs had their hair very poorly maintained and when I arrived at the store Jenny told me that she was going to charge me a lot more because they were very neglected (90 per dog) to which I agreed because I knew how their hair was.
She told me that I had to untangle one more because it had a little knots, so she charged me $90, but to my surprise, I didn't untangle it, I just ran the machine through it and combed it completely. I left it horrible.
The other one told her that I just wanted her to clean her private parts and her paws, and she cut off a little of her hair, she cut off a little piece of her ear, she left it all sheared, I got angry and her response was that she moved a lot and couldn't.do it well.
Then I told him that I couldn't pay him for a job done poorly and it wasn't what we had agreed to do.
He told me he would call the police because he didn't want to pay him until he groomed the dogs so they would look better. Well, I called the police and they never came.
He wanted to throw me out of the premises without giving me my dogs and I didn't leave.
All this time he just wanted me to pay him and he kept telling me that. There I noticed that he didn't care about his job but only about the money.
Seeing that the police did not arrive and my daughters began to despair and cry for their puppies, I insisted again that she fix the dogs and pay her, to which she told me that she was NOT going to do it and that it was better that I pay her That the police were about to arrive and that I should be worried because she was born here, I told her that I was not intimidated by that and that she could call whoever she wanted but I wanted her to give me my dogs with a job well done.
We continued waiting and finally, seeing my daughters' sad face, I had better pay him, he gave me my dogs and I left the place.

He is a person who does not like his job and is only there out of necessity without caring about the animals.
$180 thrown in the trash

I feel really comfortable leaving my dog at Jennys. He’s an extremely anxious dog and she genuinely cares and tries to help him stay calm. My dog looks and smells great after his grooming.

My Oreo (Oreo the Grouch) goes weekly and just the mention of Jenny’s name gets him so excited! I know she is gentle with our fur baby because he loves to go with no hesitation. I have never had anything to complain and Oreo the Grouch is always super happy! She keeps his tail in a Pom Pom shaped and her prices are so reasonable and each week he comes home to show off his new bow! If your looking for a wonderful groomer this is the place! We’ve been going for 2 years now and will continue. Thank you Jenny you’re so appreciated!

I have taken my dog for two years now and I am disappointed in what my pup looks like.
He has a bald spot on his chest, ears are uneven with long and short hairs, the top of his hair is really long, and he has blood on his rear.
Jenny used to be so kind and took her time, but since she has hired people that do not have experience, but just shave away the quality of care has declined.
I wish there was enough hair to take my little guy to get fixed, but that's not possible.
Jenny used to be so friendly, but she doesn't even say hello anymore, and as a owner she should be a little more presentable.
Prices are inconsistent, and you're not really given a choice but to just shave or you're paying a lot more money to not even get what you asked for.
It's a shame because at first Jenny was great, my little guy was very comfortable with her, but I don't feel comfortable going back.
By the looks of the reviews I am not the only one who feels this way.

Jenny's great! She's really good to my dog and I'm always happy with her great work, keep it up!

She always opens late. No service on Tuesdays and Fridays. Is very obviously that she doesn’t want our business. Please take your pets somewhere else.
