Jensen Properties - Villa Del Cerro Apartments, San Diego CA

I’ve lived here for more than a year now & want to say I’ve had such an overall positive experience w/ the owners & the PM Pete. There’s inevitable drawbacks to living in any apartment, but this property remains the chill, peaceful, respectful environment you always hope you’ll get. I’m lucky with neighbors too. A good place to live if you have to live in an apt!

Just recently signed my lease with Via Del Cerro and my boyfriend and I are so content with Pete and how attentive he was throughout the whole process. Cant wait to move in!

We’ve been living here for a couple of months now and it has been such a great experience so far! Pete is the manager here and he takes very good care of making sure everything is up to date on property and was very helpful during our time of renting out this space. The area has a peaceful vibe and I would recommend living here!

Villa Del Cerro has been great to live in and our property manager, Peter, is awesome! We are close to everything we need, the complex is quiet, and everyone that resides within is super nice!

Jensen Properties professionalism is outstanding. We were unable to speak to a live person initially, however, they did give a call back when we asked for a call back re: one of their properties. I will be reaching back out to Jensen properties if I ever need to look for another place to rent.

Ever since I’ve come across this property, it has been nothing but a great place to live. Convenient to the freeways and beaches. I love living here and ever since Covid hit, they’ve been helpful and accommodating

Had a very positive and safe experience viewing and applying for our apartment. Peter is an absolute joy to work with, very professional and made us all feel very comfortable and excited for our new living space. Villa Del Cerro units are very spacious and clean, all the new updates are fantastic. The pool area is pristine. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful apartments and town homes! I had a very great experience here and the landlord Peter was extremely helpful and professional. I am very much looking forward to living here! The I-8, gas station, restaurant, and a grocery store are all right there as well! Hands down the best apartments I've looked at while trying to find a place to move.

Peter gave me a tour of the apartments and had great customer service. I love the area the apartments are in, seems very calm and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

I would say this was a remarkable experience coming to visit Jensen Properties with Peter due his expertise and professionalism leaving a great deal of warmth in deciding this property. He is knowledgeable of the property and bonds a relationship with the residents. I like how quiet this place is and the location right close to the freeway. It is nice the units are very spacious, lots of storage space and lets not forget having central A/C!

Peter was super responsive and answered all of our questions when we were looking for an apartment to move into. He arranged a showing quickly and we were very impressed with the unit!

Great neighborhood and location. Right next to a nice grocery store and Einstein Bagels. The complex has a lot of Midcentury Modern Charm on the outside and nicely maintained landscaping. Inside the units are nicely updated with a good quality laminate flooring. New washers and driers and pool was recently resurfaced. It's a great value overall and you can tell the owner/property manager cares about the building.
