Caesar spent several hours with me to help me put together the perfect living room! He walked back and forth throughout the showroom, never tiring or growing weary of my changing mind. He was patient and kind to me when trying several different tables with the sofas. He measures several entertainment centers and dressers until we found just the right one for the living room. I really appreciated his patience and endurance with me!

Jerome's has a huge selection of beautiful and quality furniture. Even decent pricing! But BEWARE! If there happens to be a discrepancy with your order, thats it, it's the beginning of what seems to be a never ending nightmare. So me and my fiance at the time went to Jerome's to find a replacement for our old couch (a sleeper that we were going to put in our guest room). This was early Nov 2020.our plan was to put the replaced sleeper in the guest room for our wedding guests. After thoroughly browsing through the store we finally found the perfect set. 3pc.a love seat, a couch, and a ottoman.the only thing is, it's latest arrival would be the week of the 16th of December.our wedding day is the 3rd, salesperson said there is a slim chance that it could make the 3rd. I said sure. I rather have a set we like than buy a set that we were rushing to get just so other people can have a place to sleep whatever. Dec 3rd rolls by, no furniture. 16th rolls by, no furniture.it's January, still no furniture.by this time I have attempted to call them several times. I'd either be placed on hold for almost an hour most of the time, if not the call would get answered and hung right back up, or someone would answer and they would say they would get with my salesperson and they would call me back. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK FROM JEROME'S. Finally, the shipping company calls me to schedule a delivery, this is mid January by the way, and we finally get our furniture. One problem, my ottoman is BLACK. Which is a problem because the couches are dove colored.so again with the nightmare of phone calls to Jerome's.me and my wife get sick of it and we take a 25 minute drive all the way to Jerome's (a rock cracks my RC200t Lexus' windshield on the freeway, which I wouldn't have been on if Jerome's answers their phone). We get there, and we realize "wow.there is a lot of sales people standing around, why are we always on endless holds when we call? " Whatever.we tell the lady our issue, she schedules for the ottoman to get picked up and tells us we"ll get refunded when its been picked up.it gets picked up on the 8th of February.its March 18, still no refund.there was another series of nightmarish phone calls to Jerome's for the past few weeks.screw it, we called Chase, then transferred to Visa.they said they would give us our money back and would pursue the amount from Jerome's themselves. Well, good luck with that Visa, if you could ever get them to answer their phone.maybe they will need to send a Visa Rep to the actual store to collect the money.hopefully a rock doesn't crack his windshield a long the way.well my point is, Jerome's has by far the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE as a whole, EVER! I'm a Sailor, I've been all over the globe, THIS IS THE WORST! This alone, is enough for me to seriously dissuade my friends, family, coworkers, strangers, and even worst enemies from shopping at Jerome's! Plus I heard the NEX and Ashley's have way better prices.

Prices are too expensive for a comfortable twin matress but the associate was very helpful, honest and not pushy.

Francisco, at the Chula Vista store, restore my faith in your store. He rectify a bad transaction that happened to me a about a month ago. Although I purchased a different furniture piece, the fact that he researched and took action on that prior purchase was surprisingly above what I was expecting and made me believe that he cared. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.

I drove around to all the Jerome's in the city and it is clear that this is the Jerome's that papa Jerome forsook. Definitely the worst prices of all the Jerome's.

The sales man tried to help me when I ask him for a question 45 minutes latter never came back.
He blew me off as well as they did in the store in Orange County “Whittie”
Then I asked Ali to help me he did help me we got all the furniture I wanted he said I could get it in four days pick it up and then the next day I was receiving phone calls saying to pick it up now because they cannot hold it.
I just went through my house been burnt trying to recover all my furniture made a big purchase and they harassing me to pick up the furniture immediately not only that but they called this guy Juan who doesn’t work for them but he does the delivery. He said my furniture was going to be ready at 11 am I took the day off I waited for him it was 2: 30 when I call him and ask him what happened with my furniture he said he was busy and I disrespected him by asking that. He was a really As.
So after being mistreated by this guy I could not get a hold of any manager and they hung up or don’t pickup Ali told me to talk to the same guy Juan finally I got my furniture at 5 pm and missing one piece
I had to go pick up myself because they wanted to charge me more
Horrible! Jerry what are you going do about it?

Update they wrote to me “to help me ‘ but again no one did from the company

I bought a bed here and it said on the instructions it only takes 10 minutes to assemble and it was “easy” it took around 2 hours to assemble! A lady named MARIA who works at the Chula Vista location gave us her business card and phone number and we decided to call her instead I was on hold for countless of times and got hunged up by the store WORKERS! This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!

Ali helped us out throughout the entire process and he was great! Not only did he help my parents out with getting a new living room set, but he also helped my siblings and I get a surprise bedroom set for my parents. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Ali! Awesome experience!

They lied to me about pricing and now refuse to help me with anything because they don’t care about their customers at all. Once they deliver they treat you like garbage.

With our budget and needs in mind, Jesus Gallardo helped us select our new bed. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell anything. He was very transparent and followed up on our order. Will def.ask for him again next time I have to buy furniture at Jeromes.

We had a great experience at Jerome's. The sales representative (Abel) was a great help very patient and was answering all our questions and explaining at all times the good Quality of the merchandise and all the different types you have. We had a problem with the living room set that we got and had to return it. We went back to choose another set and Abel ones again with a great attitude, smile and patience was of great help. I would love for him to get a raise and be recognized for his great work.

Ali was sensational, the whole time we were looking at our furniture options Ali stayed within ear shot to answer any questions and he was very knowledgeable on all our questions from material to financing options. Ali made us feel welcome and he was not overbearing or pushy. Ali, s professionalism and demonstration of product knowledge is what made us stay and purchase from jerome's and not leave and return to mor, s furniture where we had just come from after looking at furniture. Thank you Ali for a very pleasant experience at Jerome's. Respectfully Thomas and Laura Mason.

Horrendous customer service and the furniture quality is even worse. Two DIFFERENT sets of furniture fell apart in less than 1 year each. And they tried to make me feel like they were DOING ME A FAVOR by replacing my furniture and not making me pay for the delivery. And trust me that's just the tip of the iceberg.

I must say, after talking to several different people I finally reached the right person. He put me in touch with someone from customer care that not only understood my position but assured me that the people I'd spoken to previously and the way the situation had been handled WAS NOT the Jerome's Furniture way. They rectified the issues and I hope they get the employees I'd had to deal with trained.

Jerome’s took way too long to fulfill an order. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and didn’t leave until 3 hours later. I had in fact put my item on hold with $100 down a few weeks prior to walking in to make my final purchase and had completed the paperwork. Upon official payment I was charged fees I shouldn’t have been. Luckily, I caught it and the paperwork was rewritten three times. Then the sales man proceeded to then wait in a line in order to finalize the sale, making my stay in Jerome's even longer. The lady behind the counter where I finally went to pay seemed like she could care less about me as a customer, she could have at least pretended to care. Oh yeah, I didn’t mention I brought my 6week old baby with me thinking the transaction would be quick and stress free, boy was I wrong. I would not recommend the Jerome’s in Chula Vista. Customer service is barely existent. Unfortunately it was not a great experience and the customer service was very unhelpful. ️ overall, faster sales would be great. Getting charged correctly the first time would be awesome and customer service that seems like they care at all would be fabulous! Mind you my daughter was quiet the entire time there. So we have no reason for the woman behind the payment counter to not be at least friendly and welcoming to us when we are dropping almost 2k in the store. Ridiculous!

We visited the Jerome’s in Chula Vista and had a pleasurable experience both in visiting and purchasing. We were not immediately hounded by sales people upon entering. Instead, we were on our way to our desired location when we were finally approached by Jesus asking if we needed any assistance. He allowed us time to browse and finally helped us out upon us flagging him down for assistance.
The purchasing process was great, very cordial, very honest, seemed genuine, and was patient with our questions.
We would definitely shop at Jerome’s Chula Vista again

The worst experience ive been with this furniture company. The quality they use for their furniture is not like the good old days. Bought a sectional couch and year and a half later it started to peel off. Bought a mattress foundation twice and in less than a year started to squeak. Bought a TV stand and the delivery people take your stuff, does a fake delivery and show up the next day till 1: 30 in the morning. Make matters worst costumer service says in here we will contact you or contact us, but really! Ive tried that all this time and nothing works. Do not buy from here please the quality and warranty they give you is a scam. They will yell you here feel free to call costumer service and provide info with pictures but not even with you changing a rock to gold will budge yo help you. Never ever trust this company with their icing cake words.

DO NOT GO HERE.
We were told we could pick up our furniture the next day at the warehouse. We went there and they only had HALF of our couch! Two weeks later, after calling them all day long while the store members continuously hung up on us, they finally agreed to delivering our couch for free between 8am and 10am this morning.
We still don't have the other half of our couch! I called and now they're saying it won't be delivered until 4pm tonight. I already informed them of my very strict schedule and I only had this morning available.
Looks like I'll be having to pay for HALF of a couch!
These people will not work with you. They WILL NOT help you. They'll tell you what you want to hear and when it comes time for them to follow through with their word, the won't.
I urge everyone to not go here.
I never write bad reviews but this is an exception. This has been the worst customer service experience, ever!

Al Gore was an amazing salesman. He was attentive to our needs and made us feel comfortable. He will be the salesman I would recommend to my family and friends to see when visiting Jeromes.
