Floor personnel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Service was speedy, in and out, as I like it.

Jerome's has lost my trust based on their sales practices. Buyer beware! They try to have you finance your purchase with a deferred interest credit card which is the worst financing you can ever receive! Only pay cash and don't listen to their sales tactics.

Great experience all around. We bought some stuff in the tent outside and they wrapped everything perfectly. Had to cancel a few items and it was no problem at all - which I really appreciated.

Kerry helped my daughter and I when we were shopping for a couch. He was helpful but also allowed us an opportunity to peruse without following us around. This was appreciated so two weeks later when we decided to buy from Jerome's, I returned and asked for him. Once again he made it easy to buy the couch and I will definitely return when I need furniture again. Thank you Kerry!

2nd time posting: now 2023.7 yrs later. Last time I gave it five stars. This time 3. It's gotten a lot more expensive. The furniture looks less attractive, almost the whole store seems a bit dingy. I bought a great new (end of sofa lounge couch) for $450. Now similar couches, though not as attractive as mine, are not less than $1000, and more like $1500! Too bad! I think I am going to look at Amazon and Overstock!

Don't purchase the protection plan if you plan to use chemical free cleaning products. Your claim will be denied. I've had my table less than two years and the top is completely peeling off. I use DR bronners castille soap for cleaning. This table can't withstand soap and my protection claim was denied because the person on the phone decided to say I was using chemicals on my table when I never said that. Castille soap is chemical free. So the fact that this table is peeling the top looks awful and I can't get it fixed or replaced I'll never order a table from here again. The service ppl on the protection plans will falsify your claim to avoid having to cover damage.

Came in for one item for our bedroom and found much more for affordable price, and nice quality.

I went into the store for the second time while on a new couch journey. I wish the floor associate made it seam a little more personal. It was a difficult decision and the money was an issue as well. He could have asked a few inviting questions or questions that help my needs. Like what caught my eye about the one I was looking at first or asked about the place it will be fitting into. He had a lot of positive things to say about it in comparison to others but that strikes me as a sales tactic. He only seemed to care about getting the sale to me.
Even though I decided on a couch and bought on from Jerome’s. It was a really uncomfortable process here.

An employee named Santiago was very helpful. The girls up at the desk are also very kind and helpful.

Excellent service-Bea was very helpful and courteous and knowledgeable-will definitely be returning!

Over the years, I’ve taken many ‘day trips’ to Furniture Row in San Marcos. I start at Jerome’s, check many other stores, then almost always end up back at Jerome’s buying the item I saw at the beginning of my quest. Nice sales folks, good values, great selections and easy financing.

I liked that a sales person was readily available to answer questions. He was knowledgeable about the mattresses, polite, and no-pressure. He then walked us through the whole process of purchasing. Thanks Dave!

I have been a customer for over 20 yrs! Approx 16 yrs ago I was helped by Thomas. He in every way exceeded my expectations. It's such a rare concept anymore to find someone who knows his trade like Thomas. He is always availible for any issues & has resolved past issues with merchandise expertly. What an asset to your organization. I will continue to purchase all & any furniture, decorations like I have in the past.
