She didn't push each couch I sat on. She didn't follow me around and allowed me to test out each couch without over interference. She listened to my needs and wants. When I called they said the sofa I wanted was available for next day delivery. When I arrived I was told they were mistaken. That said, my experience was great. Looking forward to delivery sometime next week.

An all around awesome experience.

Nice selection of furniture. We were looking for bunk beds and they have several on the showroom floor in various configurations. The salesman, Gary, was nice and not pushy. He was knowledgeable and provided an insight as a dad/grandfather as we debated various options. I'm not sure if they work on commission because he was definitely more helpful than pushy and didn't even try to push us towards the more expensive option.

I went to Jerome's in Torrance to look for a sofa only. A gentleman named Chicago was extremely helpful and patient with me until I found exactly wbat I was looking for and Chicago was instrumental in helping me find and purchase the perfect mattress that I truly love. Chicago made my and my aunts furniture shopping pleasant without any pressure at all, he was extremely professional and I will shop there again.

I had the worst experience here. I bought a Dreamer Matress for $598 on a Sunday and I was told it would arrive to the store by Tuesday. The following day I received a call saying the spring board was damaged and I can pickup the new one on Friday. Speed up to Friday and the receptionist tells me the warehouse did not deliver my spring board so they offered free delivery and it would arrive on Sunday from 5: 30-9: 30. Fast forward to about 10: 40PM and they FINALLY ARRIVE! And I was not satisfied so I did not want to say anything, but the delivery guy, Andy Osorio, threatened to take it back if I did not sign the paper.horrible way to treat a customer. The WORST experience I’ve ever dealt with. I’d half star this if I could.

Kathleen has been the best sales person we have ever encountered! She never made us feel pressured or that she needed to make a sale. My husband and I fell in love with a couch that needed to be delivered before our move to Japan. She has contacted us everyday to comfort our nerves and pulled a miracle! She is genuine, caring and has gone far beyond our expectations. Kathleen has truly been a blessing from the sky!
