Hi I had 4 appliance that got messed up my both refrigerators stop making ice, washer and dryer acting up. Called AHS they refer Jerry and Michael Appliance company. Michael came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Took little longer than I expected but they fixed the problem. I really appreciate their service. Even they replaced my washer and dryer. Now all my 4 appliances are working. I am so happy. Thank u again for fixing my appliances. I will definitely use them again in future.

He ordered me a part I guess he claimed never called me back Will not recommend him or do business with him again

Jerry and Michael’s appliance has a contract with Select Home warranty. They claim never got a work order from Select so I asked them to come over anyways coz they were recommended by Select so i figured it would be easy to collect money back from Select. I had appointment at 9am. He arrived at my house around 12noon. So he is not good with appointments, i guess. Finally he checks my dryer out and finds that outlet has a problem not dryer. Dryer works. He said he tried calling Select Home Warranty and he cant reach them. He charges us 100 dollars for troubleshooting problem. But nothing really wrong with dryer. So I cant get reimbursed either coz he didnt follow protocol of Select Home Warranty. Worsted experience ever!

If you know anything about appliances and end up contacting these guys you should already know to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
