11What's happening with the masks and the wellbeing of customers? The manager was just covering his mouth not his nose, shouldn't he model to his employees by example? An employee on the grill had the mask on the neck? And the manager just pretended not to see that.
1st time going to Jersey and I'm sorry I waited so long. Wow what a cheese steak Do yourself a favor and go with the big kahuna Giant. Whole lot of Hot Cheesy Beef Delish
Must be good, I keep coming back. And if given a choice between here and another sandwich shop which colors are green and yellow. Mike's way really is the only way to go.
Service was fast and friendly. Everything from the bread to the meat to the veggies were very fresh. Excellent sandwich!
Also, all food places should take a que from Jersey Mikes and add a tip option to their keypad.
I really like Mike's sami's, #13 Mike's way is excellent! Personal service with a smile is a plus.
Subs are good and very filling

Horrible tried to put stuff I didnt ask for on the sandwich and tried to charge me for it. I walked out.
Love JM's on Artesia and Western! They are always pleasant and considerate with portions. JM's Rewards and random free sandwich coupons are awesome!
Would have given it 5 stars but noticed a big fly hanging around my sandwich while they were making it and a lot of dust and dirt all over the AC duct work. Need to clean better.
Good customer service, but, the sandwich's we ordered today were just flat out boring, tasteless, and expensive. Ordered 2 basic sandwiches w/ 2 drinks spent just over $21.00.
And these were regular size or 6 inches as opposed to the foot long. Dont think I'll be coming back here again. Would've been much happier at Subway. I'm a bit disappointed as I've eaten at Jersey Mike's many times, but it's been a while, and the quality has changed drastically. That sucks.
