15Just watched what seemed to be a manager blocking the entrance to the store while screaming at the staff. Not only were customers having to awkwardly maneuver around her but it was disgusting to see her brazenly abuse her staff out in the open like that. Why are you allowing management to act like that and to treat the staff so badly?
So everything about Jersey Mike's food is great! The staff was friendly and place clean. But I didn't give 5 stars on service because for years they would ask if we wanted our sandwiches cut in half, etc our we would ask for it. Not here. Not only did they serve them while, but when we asked for them to be cut, they said they don't do that. It was everyone in our group. They did after us asking again, and we did so very nicely. Some in our group were timid about asking and we are all over 60 and we realize the young folks don't want to deal with us and it would slow down the very short line but when sharing a footlong or a ½ it needs to be cut. They staff wasn't rude, but they simply said they don't cut the sandwiches. So it made more work for them because they wrapped and bagged it, and then after I brought them back up to the counter, they had to unwrap, etc, to cut and then wrap all over again. It was silly. There were 5 workers there, so they weren't short staffed and there were not people waiting in line. So this was a really off day maybe but I hope they aren't really considering the move to not cut sandwiches for easy handling.
One employee working in the front on the phone taking an order while two employees in the back talking using foul language. The place needs a manager badly.what happened to good customer service?
Writing a second review because the entire staff that works at this location brought me to tears! They all continue to ask about my husband in the hospital were so loving and compassionate! Today around 4: 30 pm 8/13/22 continue to not only make the best subs but make you feel like family! EVERYONE THERE are beyond amazing! Thank you so much for having the best customer service I truly love them all! AMAZING ️
The crew at this JM location always makes you feel welcomed and they do a great job crafting their subs. Sometimes online orders take longer to complete than estimated but the crew works hard to get orders finished as quickly as they can.
Ashley and two other young men are were simply amazing and made my day! I mentioned my boyfriend was in the hospital and they were so kind! Ashley gave me a sub car and the other young men made me so sauce for my chips! The kindness and service really made my day! I will continue to get the best subs from there and the kindness and service was above and beyond! Thank you for everything guys!
This was my first time here and my experience was AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and very helpful. But the best part was not only the sub but the employee that took my order. Her name is Ashly! I would come here just because of her great customer service! Thank you so much Ashly!
I want to give 5 stars because I really like this place, the workers are friendly, the restaurant is clean. Only problem I have is that the bacon usually seems over-stocked and too burnt most of the time. I have no other complaints other than that.
So they're out of bread. The three employees are back there giggling about it. You are a sandwich store. Don't run out of freaking bread. I am hungry, and it's not funny.
POOR customer service! Employees talking loudly & laughing loudly. Even while making my order, and as I sat to eat. I won't go to that one again.
The sandwiches were fantastic. The line moved quickly and the staff was very friendly and efficient.
If you order online add another 30 minutes at least. Also check your ordered, I mean unwrap it, open the sandwich, and examine it. My wife and I ordered a Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak sandwiches, got home, they gave us Portabella Cheese Steak with no chicken. Went back, told them we ordered Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak sandwiches, they remade our sandwiches. Got home, they gave us Portabella Beef Cheese Steak sandwiches.
Store got a little busy and people started falling apart. Forgot my bacon, 1 jalapeño, 1 banana pepper, tons of lettuce and no mike red sauce on bread. Slow down and figure it out
Perfectly functioning team creating a wonderful environment. Everyone was friendly towards each other and the customers. Very fast service even with a long line!
The food is always good. They were a bit busy, but seemed to handle it pretty good. However, I girl cashing people out, was another story. She was all over the place. Almost gave cash to the same person twice. Also, did now know their own app.
Get that girl some training, and have her ssllooww down.
