Jersey Mike's Subs, Poway CA

Full disclosure! I was able to get hold of the store and talked to the manager. In all fairness. He was willing to fix the situation. We agreed on a solution that we both were on agreement.

Great sub shop. Usually fast unless your there at lunch rush. Very tasty, I like it "Mike's Way"

Despite being short staffed and a flood of orders, the crew here were still upbeat and chatting with the customers as they filled orders. I'll be going back!

I've came here multiple times in the past the people working here are always nice and courteous. But the last couple times I've been in it seems where failing to keep the appearance up. Please sweep the floors and wipe the countertop where food is made, makes me cautious to order food when left overs are possibly going to be added on accident.

I have been to several Jersey Mike's stores but the Poway store is by far the worst! Those young people that they employ are so rude they have no manners! I ordered a BLT and I usually get it with cheese I don't have to ask but when I ask this kid in the store he wanted to charge me extra just for cheese! Wow that's unbelievable especially when I gave them $5 tip! Because I know the economy is tough for them but it's tough for me as well. And I still tip them! Today I went in again it was 9: 35 and the door was open and the kid just rolled his eyes and said we're not open yet! Which I replied I was not looking at the time and if that's the case you should have closed the door! I know this store is convenient to me because I live in power but I will never go there again!

Waiting in line for 15 minutes once ready to order they are saying we are out of bread and you can see I am waiting in line
I saw two bread and ask for that and she said if you order on line you can have that

The service is always quick as well

Haven't had a bad experience at a Jersey Mike's yet! Wish they offered low carb bread like subway tho!?

Shout out to the two young men working tonight 4/20/22. They were working at full steam during the dinner rush. Just two of them doing their best and they kept level heads while an ungrateful customer made a scene about a wrong sandwich even after that made the mistake right. They worked through it all hardly getting so much as a break to catch their breath. Props to these guys. Keep doing your best.

Bad service, the guy who took my order seemed like he was doing me a favor, he rolled his eyes when I asked him to repeat the types of breads. He just threw the subs on the bag and put it in front of me. I will never return to this location.

It has been a while since I had their sub in. A tub. Food was great, as before. People were friendly and they were efficient.

Crystal made the best cheese steak sandwich. And the service was excellent. Very Polite and very helpful.

The place was clean and I was greeted and treated well. My sub was hot which I really appreciate. I had a good dine-in experience at this location.

It's was a great trip to the store. A little heavy on the wait time, but it looked like the working crew was short-staffed and also training a new hire. They knocked out the rush in a good orderly fashion and we're even apologetic about the wait even though it really wasn't long.

One of the best grab and go sub spots in town. Always friendly service and clean inside. The kids love your kids meals.

Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. I order sub-in-a-tub, and they consistently just throw meat and cheese sloppily in the tub. They disregard all other toppings, and my purchased request for extra meat and cheese. If you're craving this, I recommend taking your business to the Del Sur location instead.

Jersey Mike’s has always been my favorite sandwich place for lunch and today I ordered a turkey sandwich with white bread, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, pepperchini, avacado, and bacon. The person who made my sandwich was very sloppy, looked confused, and was very slow with my order. He also got tuna on the side of my sandwich which I am allergic to and I was NOT happy about this and I don’t get to enjoy my lunch.
