Jersey Mike's Subs, Palmdale CA

I try the “ Mike’s Famous Philly “today and I was very disappointed ️
The meat was not tender or juicy
I always order the #6 Roast Beef &
Provolone it’s my favorite, but today I made a bad choice to try #17 Mike’s’
Famous Philly not happy at all and I ordered the big one thinking that it was going to be delicious,
And salty too. Not happy at all.

I wouldn't go to another sub shop they always treat me like family. Monday night shift are the best crew going

Always look forward to a sub from Jersey Mike's when in the area. So fresh and flavorful. Staff is friendly and prompt. Really wish the owners would open a restaurant in Ridgecrest! So many of us love it. All the new restaurants coming to town, hope we get a Jersey Mike's!

We'll take lettuce on the sandwiches unbelievable then you try to get in touch with the corporate office and they won't respond to you I would not recommend eating there until they get their lettuce straight now They were trying to tell me it's good and also I called the Lancaster' store I bought this at the Palmdale store the Lancaster' store told me they're having problems with the lettuce

I ordered a hot sub. When I got home the bread turned to mush and the sandwich fell apart. They need to improve the quality and prep of their bread

Besides the sandwiches being amazing the staff is always so friendly. (Jersey mikes on 10th st)

Great place! Great staff, very clean and food is always great, been coming here for along time and never disappoints! The store on 10th and ranch vista in Palmdale is the best location, hands down!

Best sandwiches ever bbq beff was the best tasting and of course Philly cheese steak sandwich was out of this world

The #17 is the bomb! BUT. Only in the biggest size available. They smaller sizes are skimpy on meat.

I was ignored for about 10 minutes people were doing sandwiches and no body was taking orders. I was the only one at the store, finally someone ask me if I was placing and order or picking up, for my apparience they ask me if I speak Spanish just assuming because I look latina. Oh well not a good experience

Ordered 4 sandwiches for a total of 70 dollars. Came in to grab them from the pick up order rack and nothing is there. It is now 15 mins after the pickup time and the lady behind the counter who isn’t wearing her mask on her face is rude and hasn’t given any acknowledgement to the order being 15 plus mins late. Also, with a nasty attitude. Will not return

This place is the best! Great sandwiches! Can't beat these prices! It's super busy so best to order ahead on the App. Great staff juggling orders and headache customers wanting to change their orders at the register. Kudos to you! Always remain professional. This place is a gem-not all JMS are the same. Trust me!

Disappointed! Horrible experience, i’ve never had this problem during the day. I guess the staff doesn’t answer the phone after a certain time. Purchased dinner from another restaurant but my sons wanted Jersey Mike’s so I placed their orders. Waited outside for 30 minutes thinking they were just running behind my son then goes inside and our sandwiches were just sitting there. Staff needs training on customer service! A simple apology for forgetting about us would of really helped the situation since all my other food was now cold waiting on the sandwiches that were ready. No manager available and supposedly their phones are broken. We then get home and my son says his sandwich tastes bad. It looks like the grill hasn’t been cleaned all day. You could taste and see the burnt pieces! Unacceptable

This location has become inconsistent. I've found that they almost never follow the special instructions on App orders.
