Totally understaffed. Terrible wait times. Go to a different location if you want good service

Can't wait till they start shutting them down.no meatball can't toast.is this really a sandwich shop?

Ordered through postmates. App claimed that it would be ready in 10 minutes. Here I am sitting in my car 40 minutes after I placed my order still waiting. The cook said that he was the one that got to set the time. I could have come in and ordered and left 3 or 4 times in the amount of time I've wasted here.

I love this chain. This was the worst experience I’ve had at Jersey Mikes. I left with no sandwich. I wish I just went somewhere else. What a waste of time.

Those standing around should have been cleaning the work counter. It looked terrible from my view, as a customer!

This is a solid Jersey Mikes compared to some other Jersey Mikes this place has phenomenal Subs and the staff are all very friendly. Definitely the best Jersey Mikes in the area.

4 stars and not 2 because I'm sure my experience doesn't happen to everyone. Had to wait 20 mins for a sandwich when they weren't that busy.

I ordered online and they were really busy but my sandwiches were only 3 minutes late. Not bad. Previously, they were ready early. Good sandwiches, fresh ingredients, meat is not as processed as some other chains. Most of the cold sandwiches use Italian based meats. Hot sandwiches have more variety. Chip selection online is confusing. It appears they only have plain potato chips but in store, there's a lot more selection.

Great sandwich as always. I got the Big Kahuna which is a Philly cheese steak with peppers, mushrooms, and jalapenos. Staff is nice and quick.

Today I went to Jersey Mikes and I was met with a lot of hostility. When I entered the store one of the coworkers made strange rude comments towards me.

Our food wasn't ready, over half of our ingredients were out of stock or not made yet, and they let other people go before us. Terrible customer service!

We met some friends after Church and were totally impressed with the taste and quality of the Sandwiches. I was sharing with some people I met at church, earlier that were visiting from Philadelphia how much I enjoyed my experience having a Phily cheese steak sandwich at a Popular restaurant near the Airport and the Phily cheese steak sandwich my wife and I shared totally exceeded my expectations. So good

Staff is friendly and food is good but 36 minutes standing in line waiting for a sandwich.

Ordering the giant Original Italian came with half the amount of meat than the regular. To the cashier who said the giant size has double the amount of meat than the regular size - you may need to recalibrate the scale. Also, I didn’t realize that provolone cheese could be sliced so thin that it becomes transparent. Such a disappointment, especially when paying almost twice the price. Sometimes you don’t get what you pay for.

THE STAFF IS AWESOME! This location gets a huge lunch wave because it's right next to business parks. But the staff works really fast and are always nice to customers. I live close by so this is my go to sandwich shop. I don't know any of them personally but can see they work very hard. Jersey Mike, give them a bonus! They deserve it!:)

We ordered 3 sandwiches. The girl that was attending to us started fixing out sandwich but she doesn't seems to know what she was doing. It took almost 20 min for her to get our sandwich ready. When she added the veggies to our sandwiches but she was kinda slow sloppy on how she was preparing it.
Then we waited for the cashier to ring us up so we can pay. When I handed out the cash, there was not enough change in the cash register to give out. So it took another 5 minutes to get some change. And then we realized she was only charging us for 2 sandwiches instead of 3. She said she misunderstood. She thought there we only wanted 2 sandwiches. So she had to go back and fix another sandwich that took another 10 minutes. The guy in the back, I think he was the shift leader at that time was just shaking his head as he was just watching his staff fail to do a good customer service.
I was very disappointed with the service. And to make it worst, the sandwiches were not as good as I thought it would be. So I wasted almost half an hour trying to get a sandwich? With a bad service.

It was very busy in here at lunch hour and I got my food in no time at all! Jonas, the young man who made my sandwich, was very energetic and courteous. All of the employees were working fast and greeting customers. Hats off to the management and the employees.

Decent sandwiches and quick service. Everyone was friendly. Served its purpose for something quick and easy before hitting the road.
