Jersey Mikes Subs, Redlands CA

Ordered food for delivery. Ordered wheat bread for all five sandwiches. All of the sandwiches show up with the wrong bread and on top of that, the bread was old, hard and falling apart in hard chunks. No quality control on delivery orders.

This is my favorite Jersey Mike's in Redlands. I usually visit this location after I have shopped at Sprouts or Petsmart in the same shopping center.

The service is always fast, and every order is always fresh and delicious. My favorite sandwich is the turkey and provolone on wheat. This sandwich chain is tastier and fresher than other national sandwich chains in town.

I have ordered pickup from the app and ordered in the store. My orders are always ready and correct (including my requested toppings - Mike's way with mayo and mustard). The employees at this location are fast, efficient, and courteous. This location is always clean behind the counter and in the restaurant at the tables.

I have visited this location over a dozen times over the last 2 years. I will continue visiting this location, because of the food quality and great staff.

I've gone to this place before, 2 or 3 weeks ago. I usually pick up a sandwich and take it to my Bible study. This morning when I walked in I wasn't greeted, like usual, and when I was talked to the lady was so rude. She rudely told me, with attitude, that I couldn't get a sandwich that they were only doing breakfast. There were NO signs anywhere that said that they just did breakfast from 9am to 10pm. If you are going to do this there should be some signage that says so. Don't just take it upon yourself to do it, thats what it seemed like she was doing.
If I could have not given a star I would have.

I love this location staff is always friendly and they remember my order every time. I love the shore points every now and then I get my free sub. I work in the plaza so this is my go to place. 10 outta 10 highly recommend?

First time at a Jersey Mike's and I'm really happy with it. I didn't get my sandwich maker's name, unfortunately but he is the only guy on duty right now (2/26/22 @ 4pm) he was super helpful and the sandwich is delicious. Got a Club Supreme, and absolutely will come back when I'm back in the area.

I've never been disappointed with Jersey Mike's. The number 56, Big Kahuna, is great #26 is no slouch either. Giv'm a try.

I got the giant tuna sandwich, I asked for vinegar and oil and the lady who was making my sandwich saturated my sandwich with it. When I opened up the paper to eat my sandwich the oil and vinegar had soaked the paper and the bread. I was unable to eat the $20 sandwich because it was leaking everywhere and falling apart. When I called to ask why she put some much oil and vinegar on it she said that's the usual amount they put and that I should have asked for a smaller amount. I think they should warn the customers about the amount they put on because if I knew that was the usual amount I would certainly asked for less. Food is expensive now days so customer service should be better.

The food is always great but it's disappointing to see the one guy doing all the work of taking orders, making sandwiches, ringing up and handing online pick up while the two other female employees are standing at the end of the counter talking. We all work with those people.

I normally don’t review chains very often, but this place is too good to not review.

First: the staff is incredibly friendly. They make everyone feel welcome and always pay attention to you as you have your sub made.

I had avoided JM’s locations for years because I always saw the “every sub includes Mike’s way” and thought that meant I couldn’t have it made MY way. But one day I went in and asked and they confirmed it was fully customizable, “mike’s way” is just a guide for the most common toppings.

I settled in on my on favorite way, and they get it right all the time. But that’s secondary, even sub-par gets that part right. What I appreciate about this place, aside from the above, is:

Quality ingredients: fresh lettuce, fresh pickles, fresh onions, fresh tomatoes. Their employees don’t just throw stuff on, they look at what they’re putting on and toss bad-looking veggies.

The lunch meat, like at all JM locations is sliced fresh when you order it, not sitting around in prepackaged baggies. Bread baked fresh (standard for sub shops these days).

They really seem to love when someone wants a special order, often commenting on how good a particular customer’s combination looks.

The sweet tea is also amazing. Sometimes too amazing. A good size dining room, and nice patio seating also.

One last thing, and the reason I really love them, they are DILIGENT about cleanliness. They wipe down the sandwich assembly area after every customer, so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination between someone else’s extra vinegar and your no-vinegar sub. They also always wipe down the knives between subs. (Which is why I stopped going to sub-par)

Pleasant visit. I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in about 5 years. And to be honest we only visited this time because my son's got a gift certificate for free kids meal. But I did order a sandwich, It was very good. Clean and presentable, and the crew was very friendly. I was very pleased with the service and food.

This location is great! Bread is always good, staff is friendly. This is the only location I get my subs. I have gone to a couple of jerseys Mike's locations and nothing compares to this location.

Did an online pick up order, went in and picked up and they lied and said I ordered it delivery and a delivery driver picked it up already. I showed them my receipt which said in store pick up and the guy at the counter insisted I ordered it delivery. As this was happening I received a call from the "delivery driver" that picked up my order. She in fact was not a delivery driver but a customer who's name sounds nothing like mine but still they gave her my order which wasn't even similar either. They frantically apologized and offered to remake my order which I accepted as I was hungry. As they handed me my food the original employee which insisted I ordered delivery made the wonderful remark of "sorry you had bad luck and someone took your order" no sorry you're a terrible employee. Never coming here again.

Good food. And the 2 gentlemen behind the counter worked great together, and provided excellent food and service.
