Nasty worst sandwich I ever had and the lady voice was so annoying and she was so loud it would never shut up. I will never go there again

I picked up a sandwich from the Jersey Mike’s on Nordahl in San Marcos on Wednesday afternoon June 29th. The sandwich was very good but I was even more impressed by the happy, friendly, young man who took my order. Unfortunately, it is hard to find that kind of attitude these days. He should be recognized.

They close at 9pm. Showed up at 8: 40, guy refused to turn on the grill and said it would take 20 minutes to heat up. Arnt they still open? What a waste of time. Out of all breads except white and no avocado.

Everyone knows an important key ingredient is the roll! Here the roll is soggy and terrible!

Paper thin cheap processed meat and fancy juice! Try using REAL deli meat then adjust your slicer to a #2 thickness and see what happens.

Going to Jersey Mike's to pick up dinner this evening was great. Greeted by courteous and friendly people. I appreciate everybody at Jersey Mile's because I can have gluten free bread and they always honor my requests in omitting some ingredients as I cannot eat them. This Jersey Mike's is my personal favorite but everyone of the locations I have ever been to has always had a great staff! One of my favorite places to visit. Thanks!

I like the taste, not happy with the instructions I had to give for to my severe allergy and they basically completely forgot about it. Unintentionally, but I had to watch them closely. They had to remake my sandwich because of that.

First time trying a Jersey Mike Sub, very pleasant experience. Had the Big Kahuna sub, which is basically a Philly style cheesesteak sandwich with the all the works.

This is the worst Jersey Mike’s ever. They are rude and don’t take constructive criticism well at all. They also do not know there product at all. The worker was going to make my sandwich work I corrected her because I want what I asked for and paid for. I don’t care about your feelings. Do your job! Sandwich making is not rocket science. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location ever! The worst.

I like the flow you walk in here follow the path. Order the food. Pay the food eat the food. Any easier and they'd be feeding it to me.

This place clearly knows how to take care of their customers. Consistently with a super friendly mindset. The food is affordably priced, constantly delightful and neat.

FAITH WAS AWESOME!

I do not usually write reviews, but from the experience I had last night, reminded me that there is FAITH in humanity. My family and I arrived last night to find that the store ran out of bread, Faith, the amazing employee that she is, had to stressfully deliver the bad news. We could tell she was a little nervous of the situation and probably had received backlash from prior customers; however, she maintained her composure and advised us it would be a few minutes before she would have any bread to prepare our meal. We advised her not to worry too much about it and we understood her situation. We waited no more than 5 minutes before she was preparing a sandwich for us. She was so kind, friendly, collective, and just overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. We wanted to take the time to acknowledge all her hard work because she has delivered amazing service for us in the past and we always leave with a smile because of her welcoming personality. A+. We will definitely keep coming here just because of her service alone. Thank you FAITH! YOU ROCK!

Always good. Was a little disappointed that they only had white bread, but it was late. The guy ended up giving me a coupon for a free sandwich.

Zero stars! Horrible service if you’re ordering online. Twice my girlfriend and I have ordered online only to go in when the app says they’re ready to see they haven’t even started on our subs. This time my girlfriend went in when they said they were ready, they told her they were starting our food, she came back in 10 min later and they still haven’t started on the subs, the customer service and attention to online orders is abysmal. Why would you offer online orders if you aren’t going to fulfill them in the time allotted. As someone who orders for lunch during work their incompetence wastes my lunch time. Would not recommend ever ordering from this place. Will go to the farther jersey mikes or another sub shop and avoid this location entirely. If I could leave less than one star I would.

The food was good. Better than Subway for sure.
Gave it 4 stars. Nowhere in Philadelphia will you get offered bell peppers on your cheese steak. Any company that tries to sell a Philly cheese steak with it is just pandering to Californians.
