It’s amazing that there are 15 people in line (line out the door) and they are making one sandwich at a time with 5 people working. No sense of urgency. Even stopping to have conversations amongst themselves. The person slicing the meat stopped slicing meat for the LONG LINE to go answer the phone, which completely stopped the same productivity! I don’t usually leave these kind of reviews but the wait was RIDICULOUS. We can make more than one sandwich at a time guys! Every other Jersey Mikes I go to in the area are making 3 to 4 sandwich at a time on the line during the lunch rush.

Great sandwich? Place! I always get it Mike's Way! Sometimes busy so leave a little time for that if it's lunch time especially but worth it and they do go fast.good ingredients and bread! Lots of great sandwich options or build your own. Also set it up with your phone number for a rewards card situation and eventually you can get a free sandwich!

It was going well and, I left a good tip. Then I get home and am eating my sandwich and get to the end of it and feel a crunch. I had glass in my sandwich and I chewed it, I over heard the staff talking about accidentally breaking the glass bottles and somehow I was lucky enough to find it in my sub.going to urgent care with the glass shards hope the company will actually hire more staff for this overly busy location to mitigate this from happening to anyone else.

Try the Philly Cheese Steak with Jalapenos/Mushrooms and get a side of Chipotle Mayo you will love it. If you don't like Spicy then the Chipotle Philly Cheese Steak is a great option.

I usually enter establishment to order. I tried online order for the first time during lunch cause I knew they'd be busy. #9 Sandwiches were correct but toppings were incorrect, missing and no bacon was added. I can't eat tomatoes. Disappointed, but still a very good sandwich. I'll just have go in to make sure my order is correct!

Good food and customer service in general, but they screwed up my wife's order because the kid was too focused on talking with the other associate who was making my sandwich. Nice guys, but they need to focus a little more on their work and talk a little less amongst each other so they don't get the orders incorrect.

DON'T ORDER ONLINE. Delicious sub sandwiches, especially if you're not in the mood for the typical fast food. Just order when you're not in any hurry, orders typically take 45 min to 1 hour if you order online. It's better to order once you get there so that it'll get made sooner. Seems like they could use some more help during lunch and dinner rush.

Horrible staff, no point ordering online. I ordered and gave 45 min order time, time before was 55 minutes. I could order from a sit down restaurant and get my food faster. When I arrived 45 min later food still not ready and waited for another 15 min, still not done. Asked for a refund. When I ask employee for his name, he refused. Asked to speak to the manager, and he said they were gone. So I asked to speak to person that was in charge and he said she was in the back. When she came out she said she was the manager. I asked her name and at first she didn't want to give it. Another customer who had when waiting also asked her name at which point a customer started yelling at me because they all stopped making sandwiches. He said they are slow get over it and leave because I got my refund. I hope the place closes down, and I will take my business elsewhere. Be warned if you order there.

Terrible customer service and every time I ordered online it's incorrect. ** update I did respond to jerseys Mike's message and no response as of now. This will be the 3rd time I reached out to them and haven't heard anything back. One reason why I wrote terrible customer service. **

This is about the fourth time ordering through the doordash app that I have waited extremely long time for the sandwich to get done and receive the sandwich and it's not even correct. Usually their stuff is great but lately, it's been nothing but garbage. It'll be the wrong sandwich or it's got items on it that it's not supposed to have on it and the driver is sitting there waiting forever for them to get done to deliver it

All of the employees and staff were friendly and did their jobs very well.

The only problem I had was when I wanted to use a free regular sandwich card. The card had no expiration date and could only be used at that specific location. The manager told me that the card was not accepted anymore, which was the only reason that I came to order food for lunch.

What's the point of giving away cards for free sandwiches if you don't follow through with it?

Staff is very friendly and super helpful. They work quickly and diligently even when the line gets long to ensure each customer gets the best experience possible.

Love Jersey Mike’s but unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience due to poor customer service and had to leave without ordering. Hopefully some new staff will be welcomed in soon

They have an amazing roast beef, turkey and bacon sandwich on rosemary bread. I think it's. My favorite sandwich now. So good.

Ordering online was easy and the employees were friendly when I went in to pick up our food. Three of the four sandwiches were prepared as ordered, but my veggie sandwich was not. It was supposed to have green peppers and I paid extra for avocado, but my sandwich only had cheese, dressing, and shredded ice burg lettuce. Everyone else loved their sandwiches which is why I gave a four. I would just hope that the employees will be more mindful in the future. If ingredients are not available, adding substitutions would make your veggie sandwich more palatable.

I had the opportunity to stop by for the first time at Jersey Mike's in Grover Beach. For having a line out the door, they were the hardest and fastest working young group of staff I've ever seen! My FAVORITE place to go for sandwiches.for their GREAT QUALITY FRESH INGREDIENTS!

Bad service. No gloves and masks below the nose so as snots and vapors speed all over the sandwich. I had to ask him to place the.mask on as required by law. He wasn't happy

Wait times can be long. You can order online and if you show up at the actual time on your receipt, you will get your sandwich on time. The website can be deceiving and when you choose "ASAP (15 minutes) " it can take much longer than 15. I noticed some very rude customers. It takes a long time for them to make everyone's sandwiches but that's fine by me. I think they're understaffed or there's some kind of management issue. The employees are working very hard but can't keep up with demand.
