Service at this location is lacking.
Too much socializing when a college friend comes for one of the employees. My order for GF # 64 took a long time and I was not sure it was safe to eat.

The food os great everytime i come to this location. However the urgency needs to improve. Service is really slow, please improve so that i can continue to enjoy. Thanks in advance.

Food took a while even though I ordered ahead. They didn't make my Italian with the right bread but was still good.

I understand lunch rush is a thing and there's a lot happening at once but I didn't think it was possible for it to take 1hour to make 5 sandwiches.

Just got off work shot to jersey mikes to get a sub. Closing time is 9pm was there at 8: 40, so twenty minutes before closing, and I was told they were closed. Big thumbs down, sub takes a minute or two to make.

Premo Sub Weigh as its Huge. Shredded lettuce and lots of meat. Pretty sure they forgot capicola on mine but sub was great.

I downloaded the app and it makes ordering ahead easy. I love the Italian and cold subs. Very yummy sandwiches, fresh made, good quality!

Let me start by saying I really like the sandwiches, but the service is terrible. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich that sat on the counter while the girl kept making sandwiches one after the other! She went to the back to ask the other girls if they would wrap the sandwiches and they refused! Really! I don't have time to wait that long while I'm out on lunch break. I ended up leaving without my sandwich, very disappointing! I hope the staff gets it together. But for future reference girls - wait on 1 customer at a time. Its not rocket science!

This Jersey Mikes goes above and beyond when it comes to service. Under the guidance of their manager Josh, this team truly works as a team. With the influx of online orders, this already busy location becomes even more so. Not a problem here! They are fast, ultra efficient, and always friendly and smiling. Under their masks of course)
In these uncertain times, its so nice to know Josh and Jersey Mikes are here providing the best all around for us everyday!

Continually out of bread. At a sub shop. Today won't take orders as cash register broken. Wow. How not to run a business.

I eat jersey mikes all the time and ordered the number 43 from this location came here today and it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life not only that but I saw them using a yellow spatula to cook my beef sandwich with I’m pretty sure that’s cross contamination I didn’t say anything I took the food and left I got scared and didn’t want to eat the other sandwich I ordered so I threw it away what a waste of money. Always remember customers are watching you even when you think they are not never coming to this location again

I ordered ahead online and they made me wait 15 minutes past the estimated pick up time. Would have been faster to order in store because they made their sandwiches first.

Ok I will never go to Subway again! Nobody ever told me these subs were hot! Seriously this place is pricey but well worth it. The Chipotle cheese Steak Sub is a must have for a hungry afternoon.

Oh jersey mikes! My favorite is the big kahuna, and the Philly. Little expensive until you take first bite.worth every penny.

I improvise the chicken bacon ranch with the jalapenos and it was really good, great service and happy smiles

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered delivery off the app. Not only were we missing items, but the one item they did deliver was wrong. When I tried calling the store (3+ times) no one would answer. Worst store ever!

Slow, confusing service and tasteless food that looks nothing like pics on website. Won't be back.

They closed early at 8: 30 because “they literally haven’t had time to do anything & if they didn’t close now they’d be there til 1am” pretty wack when i wanted a turkey provolone

To bad they dont answer there phone, I'm in store, and like other stores, they can care less.
