They will cross contaminate your food
They have no standard or care for cross contamination. If you have any kind of dietary restriction do not eat hear. I had to change my mind on cheese because they cut it with the same machine they used to cut meat.

Unable to get food at 8: 35-8: 40? Maybe they need to say only open until 8: 30? Would save people time….

I love jersey mikes but it is utterly disgusting how they haddle rude customers and let that manger get away for what he did an fire the girl it’s so sickening.

3rd time here and the first 2 were great experience. But this 3rd time was not good ordered 2 subs and both were incorrect. Missing 2 of the 3 meats of #5 and #13 was only cheese ham pluse 1 and was missing other meats. Not happy at all, and I gave a tip for incorrect food.

The food was delicious the bad this is customer service. This is my first time here and I felt rushed, I was looking at the menu without being on the way of people who was ordering so I could take my time. When I tried ordering the girls who helped was rushing me and trying to give me a bread I didn’t like. I asked if she could tell me what types of bread they have because I missed it on the menu and she was like look at the menu. When she could just had said it, I wanted my sandwich meat heat up in the grill and they told me they don’t have where to heat it. That they don’t have microwave. I asked it I could get it in the grill not if they had microwave. They for sure do not pay attention to customer. She avoided at all cost to get my sandwich heat up in the grill. She mentioned my meat will shrink and then that it will not taste the same. I know that, that’s the reason I wanted my sandwich heat up in the grill because it tastes better for me like that. And while that process literally they just wanted to finish doing my sandwich so I could leave. Very bad customer service never coming here again.

Horrible service it's like a crazy house during lunch time. My order was ready but I get ignored at the pick up line for to go orders. I think 40 minutes is more then enough time.

I'm a big Jersey Mike's fan. The staff at this location seem very accommodating and kind. One in particular seemed unhappy, but maybe she was having a rough day. My sandwich was a bit soggy (I ate it immediately in the parking lot) because there was too much vinegar applied, so perhaps they could tone that down. I would return though.

Louisy service, un friendly workers. I was there during lunch time the place was full with people and people serving you were overwhelmed, although they were enough in number but still service was below par

First time having their sandwiches. So very good. Will definitely go again. Just wish we had one near our house.

Staff seem too busy to notice I was trying to pick up a order.how long do I have to stand by the register to be noticed

As a business owner myself I just had to leave a comment for this Jersey Mike’s. Every time I go to this location I’m greeted with a smile, friendly staff, and get exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a clean environment and great place for a quick lunch without the typical fast food taste stop by Jersey Mike’s.

Very nice employees and great food. My go to spot while visiting to get a quick meal. Gone multiple times and it has been consistently good.

Service was excellent. However I was very concerned that management does not require all food prep employees to wear masks.

Bought the italian. Good meat combination but vinegar over powered some of the flavors. Prob just me tho. I would buy this sub again
