Jersey Mike's Subs, Chula Vista CA

Always fresh as it's supposed to. My wife and I always eat in their dinning area and most of the time their music is kinda loud. Leave it as it is 4.5 rating

I've got a regular Italian sandwich, and I've told them CLEARLY not to put cheese on it, but guess what? Rude enough, they did not listen. Also, they took out the wrong bread, they had to repeat making sandwich 3 times and did not make it half way, they grilled the salami, there heads we're in ᕙ⁠[⁠･⁠۝･⁠]⁠ᕗ land, and is not made to make the sandwich, and after 30 minutes, when they just can't, I had to leave to the Panda Express, but before I did, I rosed my voice and told them that this was the worst Jersey Mike's with the worst service and atmosphere ever and I will never come back here. Then left, and also, there were some people from Jersey Mike's that came over to Panda.

Ordered two different giant subs, both were made super fast! Both subs were extremely delicious and fresh tasting, highly recommend this location!

Pleasantly surprised to see gf bread available, since I haven't had a sub in a long time. The chicken philly was tasty.

Sandwiches in general are all great. Excellent customer service and was very helpful when it came to a cancelled online order during a hectic super bowl Sunday.

Probably the best Subs in Town, fresh ingredients good quality and flavor bread, freshly baked.

My girlfriend and I go here at least 3 times a week. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. I was treated rude and felt like the employee didn't know how to handle a simple mistake on his end so lashed out on me and my girlfriend

Excellent service! The workers today around Noon time frame were on point: Remembered multiple orders while continuing to cook, clean, etc. Hard working members with very impressive skills. I would give more stars if possible. I don't normally rate companies, but this one deserved it. Great Job!

Great Sandwich. Utilized my birthday email for a Free Any Reg sandwich. I tried the Big Kahuna Philly Cheese steak. Awesome, yummy. Great service as well. I tried the Rosemary Parmesan bread. Very good. They also have a fancy Root Beer fountain soda - delicious.

Wonderful Jersey Mike's location that is close to the Otay Ranch bus station, amazing customer service like every other location in the South Bay, and it has plenty of seats inside and outside for those who feel a bit cold on winter and want to go outside or those who feel a bit hot and want some fresh air.
Will likely come back here given the closeness to the bus station, and also would definitely recommend this place for those who want some good food in an overall good shopping location.
