Jersey Mike's Subs, Riverside CA

It was my 1st time going to a jersey Mike's and might be my last do to getting additude from these young kids that dont have any kind of customer service and expect me to know what to order and didn't want to answer any questions i had about what's in the sandwiches. Ps you dont loke your job quit.

Ordered sandwiches online waited 20 minutes after online time pick up sandwiches were not even labeled they had to open all the sandwiches after I waited 20 minutes and re-label not happy, manager needs to allocate labor for better time management get orders out timely and 100%

Be very careful with the ice dispensor it had mold all inside it brought it up to the staff they did not clean it or care

Might be a little more expensive, however, the freshness of the meat and cheese is worth it. Definitely not a small sandwich?

My order totaled $38. They could not accept my $50 bill and I was forced to use my credit card. The cashier recommended I use the ATM machine.

Get a counterfeit bill checker or a pen to check for fraudulent bills. Legal tender is legal tender and it is against the law to not accept legal tender. Train your staff to recognize fraud bills from real ones.

Christian is awesome! He made me the best sandwich ever but more importantly he was so professional very kind and extremely courteous. Totally made my day definitely deserves a promotion!

Just ate the best giant hoagie of my life. Delivered kind of late so bread was soggy. I removed the ingredients, bought so burrito shells and turned it into a wrap. It was the best sandwich ever while binge watching the walking dead. Thank you Jersey Mikes.

My sandwiches are always good here, and made properly. I LOVE the meats, you can definitely taste the freshness. I just wish they had black olives, but it's not a big deal.

Let me start off by stating that we enjoy Jersey Mikes Subs and have been several times at different locations. We have also ordered on-line with no issues. But in the case of this location be advised you will need to check your on-line order when picking it up. We ordered the subs as shown and received our subs with nothing but the meat and cheese. Yes the store was contacted and the Manger was apologetic. A refund was requested, but this was completely uncalled for. It would have been different if we lived just down the street and I could've taken it back but that wasn't the case.

This place used to be my favorite place to go. Those two tall white guys, Noah and Matt, used to be the backbone of the store. When I’d go in everyone knew me on a first name basis and I knew almost everyone’s name. Didn’t matter when I went or what time it was, the customer service was consistent! Chelsea and Nichelle were always super friendly! This whole new “staff” they have is completely awful, rude, and I get it we’re in a pandemic, but you would think they’d all be a little nicer. They don’t seem to care about their jobs. They need to be REPLACED with people who actually have decency. My number 11 wasn’t even made the same way as it once was!

This location on university. The bread was completely drenched and soggy with oil and vinegar thats all I could tasted was oil. I've had Mike's way plenty of time at other locations never had that issue. Had to toss it. It was ruined wast of 15 bucks just terrible.

Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops, specifically the one on university. The employees there are always friendly and very helpful and their sandwiches are delicious, I am a man who always orders his food special, either with extra meat or certain items that I don’t believe belong on my sandwich and it doesn’t phase these folks at all they were always happy to give me what I want and that is exactly why I go to this certain establishment, they are a little bit expensive but I figure we are helping the people who work here more than anything during this terrible time, so please check them out they’re awesome.

The are ALWAYS out of the Rosemary bread! Like, is my timing really that off when I come here, that I always come when they are out? !? ! The sandwiches are tasty, and the employees make them well.so no complaints there.

This was my first time going to jersey mikes and one of the guy’s behind the counter was being rude for no reason and i was still being nice because I figured he might of had a bad day then he continued to be rude And didn’t listen to instructions on how to make my sandwich so I stood in silence until one of the other employees began to talk in a really nice manner to compensate for his co-worker’s behavior but be careful with this location people, he might attack

Sandwiches were decent.however i needed my parking ticket validated.i gave the employee my ticket and he put it through some machine.but when i went to exit the parking lot, it prompted me to pay 4$? I was only at the restaurant for 40 minutes maximum. I'm not sure that they know how to validate parking tickets.

This place is ridiculous. I made a phone order at 12.got told it would be a 15 min wait. So i showed up around 20 minutes later. It is currently 12.46 and i have not received my sandwich. Yeah its that bad. Dont come here at all it is super mismanaged by the girl and the guy who work here

I like Jersey Mike's in general but this location was such a disappointment last night. I ordered a Regular 26 on white bread and it was made with wheat bread. I called and spoke to the manager, Hailee (sp). She rudely explained that they were out of white bread even though the other 2 sandwiches I purchased were on white bread. I went back to the store for a refund and she never apologized for the inconvenience, for making my sandwich wrong, or for not telling me that they were (supposedly) out of white bread. To make matters worse, she had a bad attitude.

I suggest that the owner reminds the staff to provide good customer service by being friendly, communicating, and apologizing for things they do wrong. We all have a choice where we spend our money and I definitely won't be back here.
