The subs here, totally delicious. I tried their club sub and oh man! Absoulute goodness!

If I can give it no star for service I would. The service was incredibly terrible upon ordering the food, exceptionally rude! First time at this location, I love their food but they need to do abundantly better in customer service.

Ordered online, checked in with the front counter, wasn't ready. Someone finally checked in with me after standing in front of the counter for over thirty minutes. When someone finally checked to see if I had been helped, my order had been sitting there for a while. No apology given

Always a good go to choice for a solid sandwich, jersey Mike's just has that consistency and flavor

I normally do not have a problem with them but today I decided to give me cheese which I didn’t ask for and salt which I also did not ask for. All I taste on my sandwich is salt. I cannot enjoy my sandwich if all I can taste is salt. I had also asked for mustard and there is no mustard on my sandwich. There were three things they got wrong: the cheese the salt and the mustard. My sandwich is horrible.

The staff at this unit today 2 females clearly know nothing about what good customer service looks like. Jersey Mike's, thought a fast food type place should have standards of conduct like washing hands replacing gloves etc, especially when a sneeze happens in front of customers. Further care in making sandwiches and LISTENING to customer orders not attempts to be "right". Handing off and interrupting our order to take care of a pick up after us in line. Rudeness and unprofessionalism. I can not recommend this unit. They were also out of pickles for sandwiches. Oh the menu for kids meal said small drink AND they have kids cups. But we were told only bottled water is offered with kids meal. Misleading or misrepresented menu.

One guy was working the other one seems space out. Sandwich was very tasty.
