9Really friendly people here! Their manager is hands-down one of the nicest people I’ve met. Always clean and organized and I’ve never had a bad experience.
The guy in training was courteous & got my order right. The girl training him.not so much. Their bread is always fresh, as is their meat. You can eat leftovers the next day if you ask for the oil & vinegar on the side to prevent soggy bread.
Went there about an hour ago. The gentleman in his 30s that waited on us was fabulous and had provided excellent customer service. Food was great too! Thank you!
This Jersey Mike's in Fallbrook is far the BEST one we've been to. We will go to no other. Last Jersey Mike's we went to was in Vista. I and my wife got a light case of food poisoning from the Vista Jersey Mike's. YOU WANT BEST YOU GOT THE BEST: JERSEY MIKE'S IN FALLBROOK
I went to this location in Fallbrook, and it was also recommended by friends that the service and food are good. So I went and tried it myself.
The service was out starting by Chris and his staff. Also, the food was so delicious as the place was super clean. Special 5 starts for good management, Chris. I highly recommend.
Got food poisoning from this location from their cold ham sandwich. Had a high fever, chills, aches and was bed ridden for two days straight. Sent an email to Corporate, received a voicemail instructing me to call some representative. Never called me back after I left a voicemail. Not stepping foot in another Jersey Mike in my life they don’t care about the community or their customers
Italian original great texture, taste 4 the price of half a sub. Serious competition 4 subway.
Bread was old and hard. I ordered a brownie and they gave me an old cookie, I understand they might have ran out of brownies but there is a $2 difference between a brownie and 1 old cookie. Horrible.
My kids really love this place, but I had a less than stellar experience. We ordered our sandwiches amidst a flurry of sandwich-making activity, and my 5-year-old acting rather wild. I know that I ordered my cheesesteak bowl without cheese, but she didn't note it down, and I failed to notice on the read-back. So, I got home to a bowl I couldn't eat. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, and they said they would remake it. We had already been running late for lunch, so it was about 3: 30 when I returned to the restaurant completely famished. The gal at the register took it upon herself to explain that it wasn't company policy to remake a sandwich when the order was read back in person, but she begrudgingly accepted my bowl to remake it. This was NOT great customer service. Take a cue from Starbucks and just remake the sandwich.
