Jersey Mike's Subs, Riverside CA

So sad how unintelligent most people are here. Takes forever to make a sandwich, the guys are getting calls for refunds and no one knows how to do it, people are coming to complain about wrong orders while I am here for 15 minutes.

Wow. Chaos.

A walk-in and take out placed with a few raised tables. Very little ambiance. Some of the slicing sandwich meats look suspicious, like what is in those long square, hammy looking loafs? Bread is delicious.

Went in and bought a $5 mini sandwich and fountain drink. Enjoyed the sandwich and eating outside. Today I looked at my bill and was charged $20,

Best subs we've ever had! Loved the bread! Meat, cheese etc sliced when you place your order, #13 Was so good! Must try the Big Kahuna Philly Cheese Steak sub also! Never going back to Subway! No microwave at Jersey Mikes!

When I bought lady a sandwich, oh damn. I was shocked how good and healthy the sandwich was. They add some sauce and other ingredients just to make it tasty. The food, service, and atmosphere. All five stars of these. And last is, here is my: . They deserve this!

Came in today, first time in a long time, and asked for the viral chopped sandwich and they did it. Got myself a #8 and he chopped it all up. It was absolutely everything I wanted it to be!

I came here for an interview. Waited 25 minuets, unlike other restaurants they didn't even offer me a drink. Was sitting and stressing and didn't really feel like interviewing because two coworkers were talking about leaving their current job, or at least one of them said that. Why would I feel comfortable in that kind of environment? I had high hopes but not after that. Seriously weird. I get that we all have bad days, but don't mention it out loud in front of a guest. I love their food, but not the vibe. Management was off because two managers approached me and sat across from me on a two person table which made me uncomfortable. On the website it says Jersey Mikes intends to make a difference. Let me tell you something, they sure did that in a bad way. When the manager arrived 25 minutes late, she gave me papers to fill out, She asked me if I was finished and I felt rushed.even worse, Everything on that paper was basically the same stuff on my resume. How ignorant.

Told them how I wanted it, and they couldn't do it right, maybe a pinch of lettuce a cap full of vinegar, dry as a bone sandwich

Great customer service, I came in to pick a catering order and the staff was very friendly and they even helped me take the order to my car.

Location is not the best. But if you want deli and not wonder what you are eating. No worries. It's real food.
