Jersey Mike's Subs, Bakersfield CA

Workers are so awkwardly good attitude to new and/or old customers who coming here and ordering. They good following up with customers who order in mobile app. They want to make sure everything is followed up with policy to respect customers and their orders. Nice! Warning: little full parking lot to park. Few tables and chairs to grab.

This place makes a great sandwich and fast service, as long as I've been ordering mostly delivery They have been constantly delicious, 2up.

Six people there no one answered phone order when I got there the redheaded girl acted like I wasn't there waited 10 minutes then she walked to the back 10 minutes later a guy took my order need a manager & customer service training

Very slow service. Understand it was busy but to watch workers waiting for an item to cook while there were multiple subs to be made was tough to watch.

I almost never write a review, but after todays incident I felt compelled to say something. Hopefully this can be used as learning moment and management will eventually try to change their employees terrible attitudes. I walked in to order a simple sandwich and the employees were too busy to notice customers. When they did finally decide to help they asked the last patron who walked on what they wanted to order and ignored everyone else who had been waiting. When this was pointed out an employee rudely explained we all needed to stand in a different place and just continued to ignore customers. All of the other employees were standing around or doing other things. The atmosphere was terrible, the customer service was terrible and I walked out of there without buying anything. This is the second time I have tried to buy a sandwich from this location and a version of this has happened. Im not coming back. If you want to be treated with disdain and attitude this is the sandwich shop for you

I went to Jersey Mike's and ordered their cheese steak beef with portobello mushrooms and asked for extra veggies. I also ordered another without extra veggies and two BBQ sandwiches. All were so dry. No extra veggies and I didn't taste or feel one mushroom. And I'm not sure why since I was the only one there so there was no rushing. I had BBQ sauce at home to make up for the dryness on those but not for mine.

Went for a hot pastrami. There is no hot pastrami on the menu, and had to improvise. It was busy and a little pricey. However, pretty good sandwiches. It was worth it. Atmospher could use some music while waiting in line.

I walk in and this girl in front of me has a dog and almost all the staff is petting the dog. After she left no one washed their hands. I ended up throwing my sandwich away because if they didn’t wash their hands after petting a dog I’m sure they don’t wash their hands after going to the restroom.

We stopped in to grab a easy dinner for the family after a crazy day. My Philly cheese steak was missing the peppers and cheese, justsome grilled dry steak. It took the manager 5 min to figure out what meat went on our daughters sandwich. This is the second time this has happened with my cheese steak, will be looking for a diffrent jersey mikes next time, this location may just need some extra training or something.

The original Italian, #1, never disappoints! I like it Mike's way, add pickles, mayo, banana peppers and chili relish.

I always love the sandwiches at Jersey Mikes but they are always slower to receive the sandwiches. So if you have someplace to be quickly, it's not the ideal place to order a sandwich.but tasty

This location was very busy, but the staff handled it like pros. Customer service was excellent. They were patient and attentive. Food is delicious. I recommend the no. 13 on rosemary bread Mike's Way. Sign up for membership program to earn points on purchases for free food later

Excellent customer service and great food. My orders are always made in a timely matter and never lack in quality.

Best place to buy sub sandwiches! Their Italian is even better than east coast! And their hot Philly steak (also available as chicken) with onions and peepers is awesome! BUT the BIG KAHUNA is the BOMB!
#13 Italian is probably the most original sub/grinder there is. Remember Jersey Mikes is an east coast original!
#7 Turkey and provolone is a great combo too. Wifes favorite.
And MIKE'S WAY is the ONLY way! With yellow peppers added of course!

Really good selection of subs. Unfortunately, they only allow employees to use the rest room. I had to leave my family and go to McDonald's to use the restroom. Next time, we'll just go there!
