Workers need to look alive and be more welcoming and engaging with their customers and also what kind of sub shop doesn't have meatball subs

I'm kinda appalled.the laziness and the ignoring is just off the charts here. I just wanted something to drink just to make it easy for your laziness. I stood in front of register waiting a little over a minute.while you continued to work your slicer cutting meats and ignoring me. You finally said "when your ready to order let me know"
Shouldn't that be the other way around? Yes I didn't want to bother you because those SLICERS are deadly so I waited another minute maybe you will be done.then you ask me are you READY yet?
" I just want a small soda"
Then she says " Oh " and tells the boy leaning inside the wall " Can you get that? He starts putting on gloves that took a while for him to find then put on. He then walks back to talk to her again he seems confused " excuse me.how long do I have to wait for a small drink"
Then he argues with me about the different sizes or water cups or is this to go.when I initially made it EASY for that request of a small drink. He proceeded to pick up and show me a water cup and and a large drink. I turn around and left BUT WAIT. THIS GETS BETTER!
While I took a picture of the almost empty diner a customer walks in and I hear almost immediately" can I help you?
Guess what he asks for?
Something to drink.

I truly do like Jersey Mikes, however the staff at this location is unbelievably lazy, and rude. Out of the three employees one is actually working the other two chitchatting away in the hallway. After waiting for a while they finally decided to come out and work, however they would literally stop making the sandwiches so they could chitchat. Wouldn’t even pay attention to the customers. If management doesn’t do something about it, customers will start going elsewhere workers like that is what is ruining business.

Really great sandwiches, but they keep it freezing inside, coupled with the loud adic rock music not a pleasant place to eat.

I placed my order at 5: 53 pm and I got there around 6: 20 pm and it said my order would be ready by 6: 08pm. I got to the restaurant and waited until 6: 54 pm with no sandwich. I asked several times about the status of my order and the staff kept saying it was being worked on. I eventually asked for a refund because other people who came in after got their orders before me. The staff was not professional at all. I won't be returning sadly. The worker had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted the sandwich after I waited more than 40 minutes and the sandwich wasn't even made

Okay, I'm not a fan. My wife and I split a large Club Supreme "Mike's Way" except for the onions which were already overpowering the store (can't imagine my breath!). Couldn't taste the beef, the turkey, the swiss, or the bread! Good thing we put bacon and pepperoncini on the sandwich otherwise we'd be eating cardboard. Sorry, but this is my first and last time at Jersey Mike's.

There is no respect for the customer inside the shop, especially this worker. I advise the owner of the shop to check the actions of this work if you care about the interest of the shop

This place is ways busy so plan ahead i think they should hire 2 more people just to handle the call in and online orders it definitely takes away from serving the walk in customer putting longer wait times to get your food. All in all great service and sandwiches made.

No customer service, waited 15min to place order. I walked out and got some ono Hawaiian bbq.

Absolutely disgusting, the girls were very quiet and unhelpful I asked for simple ingredients and they OVERLOADED my sandwich completely. I asked for oil & vinegar and the employee put so much my sandwich was soggy by the time I got home. I just threw my sandwich away it’s not worth the $20 spent.

I do not recommend this place, it has a very bad customer service, the service is terrible
