Jersey Mike's Subs reviews
15What I like about Hersey Mikes is their consistency. My go tos are the Big Kahuna, original Italian and the Tuna.
I honestly feel sorry for the owners at this point. You keep hiring folks that don't want to be there and have an ego, that they are too good to great customers, much less make a sandwich or explain anything. I had a question about the menu and the guy literally told me to look at the menu! Like ummmmmm, my question is about the menu, hello, wake up and do your job is what I really wanted to say to the guy. I really do like the sandwiches but am going to Togos cause the disrespect is real. Standing at the cash register for 3-5 minutes, while the guy has his back to me, with no acknowledgment. Yikes. Do better. And get some workers that want a job. Get rid of the spoiled high school kids that could careless. Hate to say that. But this the 4th time and now I just don't care to even bother. I have walked out of there one to many times.
Let me start with this. I have been coming to this location for about 6 month now. It's been great.
But now I had a bad experience. But they shown no concern. To add to this experience. This is happen on my lunch time, lost some time of pay and drove back. I should be enjoying my lunch.
So when I got to the van. I noticed I have white bread.
So, I drove back to the store. And I informed them I gotten the wrong bread.
They told me that they gave me the white bread because their out of Rose Mary.
They should had took a few minutes of there time. On there computer and place out of Rosemary.
So I asked for my money back.
The person that had given me my money back looked agitated. I informed him sorry for doing this. I justed really prefer the Rosemary bread.
I'm the customer he should be saying sorry to me. And he never shown no concern.
And never said sorry.
Please educate your young employees on the importance of customer service. My first time visiting I was not greeted properly by staff behind the counter. I also had to remind the young man dressing my sandwich to change his gloves before returning to my food after handling a cash transaction. Today I went in and there were 2 young men working with poor communication skills with each other as well as the customers. The experience was so bad that my family left without placing an order.
There’s plenty of spots to eat in this shopping center, chose one other than this Jersey Mike’s. The place is filthy. None of the tables had been wiped down, the floor was disgusting, and the soda station was a hot mess. Not to mention several employees came off and on their shift while I waited for my food and none of them were required to clean anything on their way in or out.
I was one of two people in the place and it took about 15 minutes to make my Philly cheesesteak. The sandwich was mediocre at best, cheese half melted, and portioned unevenly. Not worth the $15.
The bread was hard as a rock. I have been to others where we're a lot better than this one.
This place is not worth the wait. I placed an online order about 10-15 minutes before arriving, I normally have a 30 min lunch. When i arrived there i wasnt even acknowledged at the (online orders counter) when i had to get someones attention to ask for my online order, i was told it was still being made. Even though it was passed the time that it states it will be ready. I waited for 25 mintues before having to get someones attention again! Because no one pays attention, and my sandwiches were just sitting there getting cold. The 5 minutes that i had left of my lunch, i was eating their "hot" now cold sandwich in my car on the way back. Which didnt taste good anymore.
Ps: The walk in lines where getting served quicker than online orders.
Terrible customer service! Wasn’t graded when I walked through the door. Waited 15 to be helped.
My food placed on the counter without no sheet placed down first. Then was cut with a knife that was also just sitting on the counter. Disgusted.
Pretty sad. We love Jersey Mikes but this store definitely needs more training. Barely any ingredients.
Gluten free bread. Pleasant workers. I would recommend for a good Gluten Free sandwich. They're always happy to be conscientious about cross contamination.
First time at this sandwich shop. I ordered the #9 with CPR. The girl making my sub seemed to a new trainee but she was very quick and puts loads of toppings that tasted delicious. The inside was clean. The customer service was great. Would recommend this Jersey Mikes.
My original sub was great, expertly prepared by a young man who, you could tell, liked his job. One critique. It was midday and they had no bread choices, only white, so I settled for a mini since I don't like white bread. BUT, turns out the sub was delish.
Worst location! Worst customer service! Every time coming here has been an issue. They close the grill at 8: 30 they decided tonight. Every single time it’s something- bad service, closing before time on web- false advertisement, bad attitudes, unsanitary- hair flowing over food, and staff that acts like they hate their job! Wow!
I hate doing this as I've been a jersey Mike's fan forever. So when my sister and her husband showed up for the Thanksgiving holiday we decided to take out jersey Mike's sandwiches for lunch. They are jersey Mike's customers in southern California also.
Three ladies were working that day, with two customers waiting for their food. Although the 3 employees were making sandwiches, not 1 looked up to greet us. As they gave the customers their food, one customer said he did not get what he ordered. So all 3 got busy fixing their mistakes. Still, nobody acknowledged us. And all 3 seemed so put out for being called on their mistake.
20 minutes later, we were asked if we wanted to order.
We did, got our food, and left. No smiles from the employees, no thanks for choosing jersey Mike's, and NO TIP from us.
We ordered 2 sandwiches and got bread with little else between the rolls.
To the manager. Talk to your team about good customer service. Better yet take the over to In and Out burgers so they can see what good customer service is.
The employees are fun and enthusiastic. I like the interior. Their sandwiches are awesome- the chicken ones are way underrated.
