Jersey Mike's Subs, Los Angeles CA

There's a lot of negative surrounding anything at an airport so it's twice as important to share when something is good.

I ordered the Italian and it was great. The guy that made my sandwich was nice and also generous with everything and it tasted great.

I have eaten at Jersey Mikes 100+ times. Never had a horrible sub until today. First it took 41 minutes to get to subs. A guy in front of me said he was lactose intolerant so they wiped the slicer for 8 minutes. This place needs help Asap. HORRIBLE experience.

Ownership/corporate should be ashamed of their employees at this location. Zero work ethic. They have five employees (visible) and shut the business down an hour before closing time due to “no staff. ” If JM can’t make sandwiches and operate a register with 5 employees, they are really doing it wrong. Most locations run with two employees all day long. Unfortunately it just seemed the staff wanted to go home early, and leave customers behind. A lot of lost revenue. Great job.

Employees were friendly. Breakfast menu is trash, dont even try. Shame on me for trying breakfast from a sub place. Breakfast sandwich is mediocre at best. Coffee is bland. Rosemary potatoes are the worst part. My bet is employees dont even eat those. Im normally a huge fan of jersey mikes but this review is for breakfast only. Better off trying overpriced, yet consistent Starbucks.

The servers had a rotten attitude. Ruined our experience. I love Jersey M’s but this was horrible

Took over 15 minutes to get a sandwich, and almost missed my flight. Staff joking around - zero customer service. Total joke.

Terrible service overall. Everyone took their sweet sweet time as well as giving huge negative attitudes. Like I get it, it sucks working fast food, but dang I’m just trying to order a sandwich.

Anyways, super dry sandwich. Terrible. Yikes.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely disrespectful. Asked a simple question and was prompted with such attitude. And then very nice to my boyfriend beside me. What a way to end a fantastic vacation with disrespect.

Listen, as far as airport food goes, this place blew me away. Sure, it’s a sub, how hard can it be, but my sandwich maker was fantastic. I think his name was Daeymon? Something with a D? Anyway. I asked for the vegetarian sub and let him know to load it UP with all the veggies. He topped it tall with alllll the veggies and peppers and toppings. Perfect. I woulda perished without it.

Very tasty gluten free option, and staff went above and beyond to make sure it was gluten allergy safe. Thanks!

By far the worst sub ever had. Bread was like cotton it was inedible. Veggie/ mayo man could use some serious hustle, lots of people in line. We were super disappointed, had to throw away the sandwich and run to our next plane. $17 dollars for turkey/prov and a Gatorade. Sad.

If you like watching paint dry, this is the place for you. Only time I’ve had a bad Jersey Mike’s experience. Mind numbingly slow

Just eat Starbuck. At least you know the quality does not change. This sub was absolute trash! Staff is nice but the food is horrible. The bacon is so thin and dry. The rosemary potatoes were dry like the Sahara Desert and I got a breakfast meal with a supreme sandwich on the side for $27. This was the worst decision of my entire trip.

Got a simple sub, just turkey and provolone, but bread taste was really bad, like an old bread.
Its really price, 12 dollars for that simple sandwich:/

Don't bring your kids here. Just ate here and they completely refused to take the time necessary to let us individualize each sandwich. Simply stated that there was a long line and pushed us through. In the end I spent $100, and nobody got what they wanted. So frustrating! Anyone with kids will know how picky they can be with sandwich ingredients. I hate this airport with my family! The kids are unhappy and we still have 3 hours to layover. BTW, water is $6 here!

The guy making sandwiches did not cover his mouth. The cashier girl was extremely rude as others commented. I ordered club sub, which includes bacon, and they asked me if I wanted. They did not include it until I double checked.

Dry bread. Slow staff. Love Jersey Mike’s back home but this was definitely a disappointment.
