Lied about what capabilities they had at repair, and delayed my repairs twice, ending with me just going somewhere else.

This is the best shoe repair place I've ever visited. I have been taking my boots here for repair or zipper replacement for about 15 years and no complaints so far. I highly recommend it, really good prices and the customer service is awesome!
