My husband and I recently moved to Ventura from out of state. We were out of our comfort zone, with no connections. Starting the house search journey, we went through lots of open houses and that’s when we ran into Jessica. Boy, were we lucky… We were instantly attracted to her charismatic personality and extensive real estate knowledge. I procrastinated going back into the market because it’s always been a drawn out, dreadful experience. Every realtor I’ve ever worked with has historically been bad ones. I always ended up doing all of the research myself and worked my own deals, which defeats the purpose of having a realtor! I had the misconception that all realtors were the same, just like sales people. Fortunately, Jess was one of a kind! I needed someone who was there when I needed them to get on it FAST, be one step ahead of me in the process, get me everything I need before I knew I needed it and keep me on track. I simply wanted the best of the best and didn’t want any of my time wasted. After 3 months of up’s and downs in this chaotic market, we’re officially ecstatic new home owners. I’m blown away by Jessica’s expertise, professionalism and genuine kindness. She’s very passionate about what she does, sets the bar for her clients so high and takes it to a level that you didn’t know existed until you’ve worked with her. As a bonus, she also works with you on vendor recommendations you may need, like home renovations, estimates, furniture/appliance purchases, etc. ONE-STOP SHOP.
