I had never heard of Brainspotting before, though I am experienced with many other alternative therapy and healing modalities. Jessica helped to gently yet thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect, without being overwhelming or giving too much information.
I really appreciated her accessible aura, humor and down-to-earth manner, and her ability to hold space for me to explore an unfamiliar and ultimately deep emotional and mental experience was absolutely perfect for me.
I highly recommend Jessica's services and presence as a trauma-informed, empathetic guide. Thank you Jessica for what you do.
