Called and made an appointment for full a body massage, when I arrived they didn’t ask me if I wanted Swedish, deep tissue, or combo. They just asked me to pay first and took me to the room. Couple of minutes into the massage I ask if they can use more strength. Couple of more minutes in I ask again for stronger but na apparent change in the masseuse. After 20 mins, they start working on my neck but the masseuses fingernails are so sharp they’re digging into my neck and it’s uncomfortable and definitely not relaxing. I try to communicate the issue but the masseuse doesn’t understand. At that point I decide I am no longer going to continue with the massage. It was 20 mins in, they charged for a 30 min service and only partially refunded.

If you look at my reviews you’ll see I have lived in Southeast Asia for years. The level of service is much higher in Vietnam and Thailand than in California. What a joke.

Still sore over a week later from an hour reflexology massage. I told the receptionist, who I believe did tell the masseuse, to use light pressure. Not only did he not go light, I told him two times to go easy and he either didn't listen or understand. When a client is literally tensing and flinching in pain, it should be a signal to back off. Anyway I could barely lift my left arm afterwards and am still having pain.

I have had a full body massage here before, done by a woman that was much more gentle and didn't leave me feeling best up afterwards.

I have a massage at least every two weeks if not sooner. Very good massage done it here, a little too much sometimes on the pressure but I can tolerate it. More expensive than other places but worth it, the only downside to me is the lack of privacy, I can hear what's going on on the open area and sometimes my neighbors next door, otherwise a great place to enjoy a massage.

Whenever I drive thru Sonoma County. I make time for myself at Jessie Jing's. I've taken my daughter and her friends. My friends, my husband and Son on different occasions. Everyone has to experience this place.
