The wheel locks were not put back on my truck, which could have cause a huge accident. Dealership is located in the middle of a very busy city. We are almost at a week and have not heard when they will have my truck ready. At this point I still don’t know how bad the damage was to my vehicle. I’m glad no one was hurt.
Totally failed
Overall the experience was good. I feel that the different departments could communicate better. We were on vacation and our car started acting up. We needed to trade it in to get out of there on time and sales and service departments had some issues communicating in the beginning. In the end it all worked out well and we are enjoying our new Suburban.
Dan was great- the service was perfect and I enjoyed the complimentary Lyft!

Took two hours to rotate tires, replace cabin filter, and windshield wipers on a Bolt EUV. But the accommodations are decent.
