1 We walked into Jesters needing help to hear with our current hearing aids which we did NOT purchase at Jester's. Immediately it was explained to us why the hearing aids were humming and what to do about it. One reason for diminished hearing required me to see Bailey, the audiologist, regarding earwax packed in the ear. We were able to get in to see Bailey immediately. Examination determined I had severe ear wax build up. I needed to flush the ear wax out repeatedly and then start a regular monthly flushing routine.
Bailey’s exam determined the settings in my hearing aids needed adjustment, which Bailey spent 15 minutes doing.
I was able to hear MUCH BETTER immediately. We thanked everybody and drove home. On the way home, we got a phone call saying the warranty on the hearing aids was going to expire next week. They recommended I send my hearing aids in for a complete overhaul while it was still under warranty and let the hearing aid company pay for it.
What service! Not only fixing my hearing aids, but making sure they are in tiptop shape going forward. Cannot recommend Jesters hearing highly enough. Not only do they make you hear, but their service is phenomenal.
