Jet Black TInt & Glass, Richmond CA

The work with tinting is not good at all. After done, sunlight still can be seen from inside through out all the borders

Worst experience ever… where should I start. 8/25 I took my car for window and tint replacement at Jetblack Tint in Richmond Ca.
1.) They brought the wrong glass. They ordered glass for 4 door and not coupe (like I ordered)
2.) Then they tried to upcharge me an additional $15 ($265 and not the $250 I was quoted
3.) once glass & tint was completed, I had to drive back because passenger side door would not open. They apologized and fixed it.
4.) after waiting the 3-5 days to roll down window w/ tint, the window was scraping (not aligned properly) when you roll it up and down.
5.) 8/10 Arif came to my home to correct issue, and informed me after market glass was used and did not fit window exactly. He cleaned and adjusted window. Now it scrapes less but the door won’t open properly again. Or gets stuck completely.

Finally a great car window tint shop! They carry Solar Gard tints so it's a high quality product! The staff are courteous and deliver an on-time completion of work. I've already recommended to a friend who needs car window tint.

My next vehicle will be serviced by them. Definitely a great shop to have in our neighborhood.

Came in and was told that their $79 “deal” doesn’t apply to cars older than 2000 and that it’s only for the back of the car. When I asked what the price was they said $250 which is a lot more than their advertised price which they don’t say anything of having a year limit. False advertising in my opinion.

Very bad experience I took two cars and the polarized one was left with bubbles and lines in front I do not recommend it bad work and very bad attention.if they change managers maybe they won't lose customers

I had a great experience at jet black in Richmond from the front desk customer service with Moises is very great from not knowin any information of the tint to walk-in out of there knowing so much of the difference quality there is to offer I took my Tesla model y down great service with these guys Justin the tinter finished our car in about 1 hour and 45 minutes or so but the quality from the service to the tint job very well recommended I loved there work will be a returning customer definitely recommend this tint place for anyone in the area

I have been in the market to get my new vehicle tinted I came across these great guys at jet black for a great price I was greeted by the gentleman moises upfront made me feel at home sat me down and can’t complain made it very simple straight foward with all the questions I had and what can I say nothing but great service from these guys I went with there ceramic definitely keeping my leather seats very cooler in the summer I as well got my windshield tinted to prevent sun overall a 10/10 experience Justin the tinter finish my car in 45 minutes and it looks great thank you jet black! Highly recommend this place! They did a really good job on my 2021 VW arteon and it looks better than ever! Good quality of work and friendly customer service. Don’t think twice if you’re deciding on getting your windows tinted here, you won’t regret it.

I have been searching for a while to get my Honda Accord car tinted and I came across a tint shop near my house well let me tell you guys one of the greatest things I did had a great chat upfront with Moises to getting quality done by easily the top 5 tinter in California justin I believe is his name but they did a great and fast job on my car done in 45 minutes FYI anyone lookin for ceramic this is the best place very respectful and honorable business who earn my trust

They were so kind and timely. Alex talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. We were able figure out different tinting for each window so that it worked with California laws AND my own preferences. Justin did my tinting and did a fantastic job! I’m so happy that I found this place. I was able to do all of my windows with ease. As a heads up for people who stay and wait for their car, you have to go to Home Depot because there isn’t a customer bathroom. ️

Called them for a last minute appointment for the same day and they had me come in only 30 minutes after I called. Great customer service, price, and very fast. Breakfast finished my entire car in under 2 hours. Will definitely be coming back.
