DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. DO NOT waste your time and money on this company; it was a horrendous experience. When I initially contacted them, I provided a detailed moving list with precise measurements for accurate pricing. They quoted us a price, which we agreed to. On the day of the move they increased the price and put us in an impossible situation.

Upon the movers' arrival, they claimed that our sectional sofa was larger than usual and wouldn't fit everything in the truck. They insisted on charging SIGNIFICANTLY MORE (extra $700+) despite my prior transparency about the sofa's size. The movers explained that their outdated software couldn't accommodate exact measurements, contradicting the transparency we aimed for. We immediately contacted the company, highlighting the disparity between the agreed-upon quote and the new demand.

Before we paid the deposit, they assured us a delivery time of 3 to a maximum of 4 days. On moving day, the movers changed this to 10+ business days, potentially even longer. They made us feel inexperienced, insisting that fluctuating prices were normal in the moving industry. Despite our multiple previous moves without issue, they continuously pressured us, claiming it was impossible to find another company quickly.

Feeling uneasy, we requested time to reconsider. They responded by threatening additional charges, citing the waiting movers outside. Frustrated with the lack of guarantees on the delivery date, we ultimately decided to cancel their services. We didn't want to risk waiting up to 30 days to receive our belongings.

Although they initially agreed to refund our deposit, they reversed this decision a day later, claiming we forfeited the deposit by canceling the move when they actually cancelled on us. This experience was far from satisfactory, and we caution others against using this company - be prepared for HIGH PRESSURE UNETHICAL HARASSMENT

My dresser and arm chair were damaged during the move. I contacted the claims department and the sales person that I worked three times and no one is getting back to me.

I was a little nervous to use Jet Moving and Storage because of the reviews, but I don’t regret it. Here’s my honest review: James answered all of my questions and kept an open line of communication. My move was from Northern CA to Southern NV. My pick up date was reschedule 5 days later so managing that was a little stressful. From what I’m told, pick up was fine but I wasn’t there due to them rescheduling. My belongings were picked up on 7/15 and delivered on 8/10. My delivery was delayed by one day due to truck issues. Chris showed up during the window of time that I was given and he unloaded all of my stuff by himself in less than an hour! He was very nice and professional. All of my items arrived and my only complaint is that my dresser was damaged at some point before delivery. I’m still waiting to see how it will be taken care of.

From the moment I called to get a quote to the follow up phone call after the move was done! We had furniture that was solid wood, and also some oblong items that they engineered through the doorway. We were on the first floor, but it was still a half-light of stairs to the front door of the building. It was also a bit warm outside. They were still able to knock it all out in 3hrs. These guys were punctual, and very quick. I'll definitely be using their service again and highly recommend to others!

I had the move all booked within an hour of reaching out to them for the initial quote. The team did an amazing job, carefully moved everything off the property into the truck.
They finished the whole thing In less than 9hrs.

The three men who came to help us pack our moving truck were outstanding. They were hard-working, and knew exactly how to pack the truck to get as much into it as humanly possible. Will definitely use them again should the need arise. Highly recommend these guys!

Stop looking for a moving company. You're not going to find better. It is a fantastic team that cares for your furniture with extreme delicacy, wrap in a way that you feel sure that there will not happen, they are very cautious and careful! ! They are kind and respectful they come to do their job they don't stop for a second! My belongings were handled with care and everything worked out seamlessly. Scheduling the move was easy and I received quick responses prior to the move.
So simple is moving with you guys, very grateful, without thinking about it again and again! Thank you!

Absolutely so professional and timely company. We had a local move and had very high price quotes from other firms and decided to go with this company! I had them move me in mid July 2023.
The positive experience starts with the first contact. The office staff responds so quickly, protected all of our furniture well with blankets and plastic wrap, protected our wood floors, communicated VERY well about our wishes, wore masks, and overall were just the best.
Communication went smoothly, and they let me know when they had arrived to pick up as well as when they delivered the item.
This was my first time ever using professional movers and I'm so happy I had such a great experience. I will absolutely use them again for future moves.

I received a 3 hour arrival window and they showed up 5 min into the window! The owner, checked on us and came out to the load to make sure everything was going as it should. This is rare and it's reflected in his employees and the way the company handles themselves in general. The whole process from the quote to the end was seamless. They even made two stops, one to my storage unit and then to my new place. It was a tough job going up and down stairs since I moved into a second floor apartment. But they didn't break a beat (but did break our two glasses and paid the damages! Ha).
We will 100% be using them again when we move next year. Great job, Bee & Smooth! Thanks for getting all of our crazily shaped stuff into our new apartment:)

This is our 2nd move in 15 months. We had THE best experience with them and their staff/employees that we decided to use them again June 2023. Was thinking to myself how difficult that it would be for them to be able to go above and beyond than our last move. But they did it!
They thoroughly wrapped all the valuables and handled everything with such care. Great team and great group of men, when arrived, they took care to pay attention to their surroundings and ask where furniture goes and moved immediately.

Fred is the best! The 2 movers that came with him were so hard working! If you need anyone to help you move, go with Jet moving and storage!

Adam & Lake were my driver & delivery guys. Extremely professional, hard workers, friendly, and careful with my stuff. I had a horrible move with communication at the corporate side using freedom express moving and storage out of Florida but Adam kept in contact, texts updates, & even communicated when running behind schedule due to traffic. He and Lake made a pretty rough experience more tolerable. Any future moves and I will look to their company opposed to who I used initially. My gratitude to them both and their company is fortunate to have suck good people on their team.

I have been trying to contact the salesman for my move. We are relocated, and I do not agree with the full charge. I measured the truck that delivered my stuff and the volume he charged me was at least 30% more. I want to work something out with him and company, but he has not responded to calls, texts, or e-mails. My next step beyond NTSB, and MCC could be certified letter and then small claims court. Please contact me. You know who I am Sam.

Please take the time to read this review.this company is very unprofessional they hold your stuff until the last day of your contract hoping they will get someone else's stuff going your way.they have no consideration for their customers they don't have any concern about your circumstances all they care about is the god almighty dollar and I'm telling you right now if you spend $1 with this company, you will be wasting your time and you will be dissatisfied please do not use them. I hope to God that this review will cause them to go bankrupt. I really dont understand how thier still in business after looking at thier reviews. 80 percent are very bad. Have good day
