JI Phone Repair, Escondido CA

I recently cracked my MacBook screen to the point that my laptop wouldn't even turn on. I called multiple places in search of finding the cheapest and most trustworthy place; and without a doubt, I ended up at JI. I have been to JI three times now, I have not once been dissatisfied with the service. The customer service was superb and the amount of time taken to get it back was very fast. Overall, This company is very well run and trustworthy. 10/10 would recommend!

Just came here for my first time, and I felt welcomed right away. Omar was on top of his service, had all his information on the spot. Every question I asked he had an answer to it, He didn't had to ask his manger or look it up on the computer, very knowledgeable. I came here to fix my iPhone screen, and replaced the battery. I would highly recommend them to get your phone fix.

These guys are friendly and they do as promised in the time they said. In my case, they said to be there by 4 PM for a same-day job. I got there at 3: 50 PM, they said they could maybe finish by the next morning because it was cutting it close to their closing time, but one of the guys said to go ahead and come back at 5: 45 PM so I didn't have to drive back from Chula Vista the next day. I appreciate that they finished on time and saved me a trip. I'll definitely be back here for other repairs.

Came in to replace my iPhone battery on my 6. $45 later I can actually use my phone and doesn’t turn off after 5 min of usage. These guys know what they are talking about!

Dont go here its a scam. I called for a iphone repair got one price over the phone just for a screen replacement, then got there it was a whole way higher price. I dont care paying the higher price its just the principle. Maybe better training on whos answering the phone.

I just spent a ton of money on a new phone that I dropped and cracked almost immediately. No apple care but luckily I found these guys who were able to fix the screen quickly and put on a screen protector so this won't happen again. It was great price, quick and everyone there was extremely nice and professional.

I’m so glad I found them I cracked my screened on my iPhone 8 since I had no screen protector they fixed my phone quickly and they did a great job I picked up a case and temper glass and I gotta say their stuff is good quality. Price is reasonable they sure know what they are doing. I will be coming back no doubt

Broken screen repair gone wrong. JI couldn't replace my screen (OnePlus 5t) unfortunately, wrong parts were ordered delying repair, extra damage was caused by poor installation when correct parts installed, poor communication, and not very warm welcoming at store location.

Took my son's phone in to be dismissed and repaired. Told it should be done in 2 hours and that they would call us to come get it. 3 hours later and no call. We called and we're told it was unfixable. 4 stars because a call to let is know what was happening wild have been nice

Always use this place for my phone repairs! Small issue after my most recent repair but they have a 6 month warranty on repairs so I can get it corrected at no cost:) love this place!

My kid dropped my phone and screen was static. They first told me that it would need a new screen for $135. When I returned a couple hours later, it was fixed for only $50 labor with a promise that if the issue recurred, they would apply the $50 as a credit towards my full repair. This is a great place to get your phone serviced. They changed the battery out in my Android and it is working great now.

Fastest service, and the most reasonable turn around time! I cracked the screen on my iPhone SE and they made it like new in about an hour. Includes a warranty on the screen. I will definitely be a return customer here and I hope you give this company your business as well!

This is my third repair with these guys and we again had a great experience. I dropped my iphone and it shattered, I drove straight there and it was repaired in less than 2 hours. Their repair prices are reasonable and competetive. Their customer service is excellent.
