Jiffy Lube, Sacramento CA

Always happy with jiffy Lube! Had wonderful customer service by Vern at the Capitol location. If I had one critique, it would be the oil finger prints all over my hood, door handle and glove box.

I went here for an oil change, charged me $13 a qt of oil and didn’t even put the oil cover on correctly. Now I have a oil cover that flaps around while driving 30mph. Would not recommend and would not pay $164 for this. PLUS 5 minutes after I had the oil changed, the car was at 4500 RPMs going 30mph and had to pull over! Their customer service was bad and would not recommend to anyone

Friendly, fast, and helpful: all things when taking my car in for some quick work. The staff guide you through the precise state of your car and make sure you get the service (s) you need, no more, no less, and able to save a buck. Great all-around experience.

Overall had a good experience at this JiffyLube location. I had called before heading over for an oil change to see what the wait time would since they are a first come first serve location. I was told 35-40 min and that estimate was spot on. As soon as I pulled in I was acknowledged and greeted. I was attended by a young man named Ryan. I was impressed by his knowledge and great customer service. I explained why I was there and he made the whole experience very pleasant and comfortable. He explained to me the options of service I had along with prices, and never felt pressured into getting something I really didn't want or need. He also noticed my check engine light was on and offered to help me with that as well. He even let me know to check out the website for coupons that I could apply, and I thought that was extremely awesome. I decided to take a short walk while I waited for my car to be done, he even called to tell me that I really didn't need my tires rotated since my better 2 tires were already in the front, and about a minor problem that came up and my options with the prices before he moved forward. When I got back to the shop I only waited a few minutes inside before my car was done. I did notice the floor being kinda dirty, it could've had a good sweeping and mopping. I usually try not to be to picky on that kind of stuff when I rate and review a new location for the first time, because I understand that it could have been a busy morning and there was no one available to get to it. If I do notice it again on another visit then I'd have to take off a star for cleanliness. Other than that, I was Very happy with the overall experience largely due to the wonderful customer service I received from Ryan, I'd definitely bring my car back there again. I drove away happy and confident about the work that was done.

The employees are so welcoming, professional, and efficient. Their waiting room is comfortable and the oil changes (I brought my mom’s car and then mine) were both done quickly. Highly recommended!

Excellent service today at Jiffy Lube! The customer service lady was friendly and informative. I was not even expecting my tires to be inspected and filled up, so that was a pleasant surprise. Great job guys!

Pricey. I had a half off oil change coupon and it still cost over 60 bucks! Of course the try and sell you other services at high prices at the same time.

I’ve had my car serviced twice here now and will continue to come back! Great experience getting the service done on my new car! Grateful to have a place to come with trustworthy, high quality AND affordable service. Comfortable, clean waiting areas inside and out with refreshments that made the time fly. It’s the small details like having coffee or water available that make an errand like this more comfortable! Thanks to the manager, Nikolay, for the great customer service! Communication between him and his team was very professional and made for a pleasant customer experience!

I had a horrible day before coming here (nothing to do with Jiffy Lube) but the personable service and smiles from the 3 people I interacted with here turned that all around. The person who greeted me apologized for the technical difficulties they had initially that almost made me give up on the day and head back home and had me wait just a minute longer which was enough time for their systems to come back online and at the end of the service he made a point to come back over and wish me a better day. The 2nd guy that confirmed my details and was relatable and cheered me up in the process with quick good conversation. The 3rd tech that offered services was awesome and not pushy.

They closed out the service by leading me back to my car and a quick laugh with the first and second gentleman about me having had a bad day and being about to top it off with pulling in to Jiffy Lube after two weeks of not finding the time to get in there and the systems being down, but they got me through. It was the difference between a breaking point and a smile.:)

I was having checking fluids issues as not sure how yo read the dip sticks. I pulled into JIFFY LUBE and a young gal named ALLANA helped me out, rechecked fluids toped off what was low. Allana went above customer service and helped me out. Because of this JIFFY LUBE is forever my go to place for all oil changes and as needed fixes. The inside was clean and found the rezt of employees attentive as wel. Thanks ALLANA st JIFFY LUBE. You were a huge help.

This place tried to upsell me to having my belts changed, brake light and license plate bulb, and then told me my brake system needed to be flushed and when I told them I didn't want any of those I went to Sutter Creek and my brake line ruptured and I had to have it towed back to Sacramento

Routine oil change. Mr type didn't recognize or apply my coupons/discount. Although trusted work, I've had better complete service in the past. Ask questions and make sure you have answers. But I will still use their service but I'll be in charge next time

Very speedy, polite, & great explanations of my options & the inspection findings. Clean & comfortable waiting area, and every single person I interacted with was pleasant & focused on good service. No wonder I saw those 5 stars- I would fully agree- great place!

Great customer service! The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Just came in an oil change, But received a complimentary air pressure check on my tires, check all fluid levels, washed all my widows and vacuumed my floors! Will definitely be back!

For the most I will say this shot does a fairly good job taking care of their customers. The only issue I have is when they do my windows they usually leave a film on them. So I try to remember to ask them not to clean my windows LOL. And once one of the young man tried to show me a brake fluid flush and change due to condensation and water buildup in the fluid. I knew right off the bat that was not honest because we do not have the humidity in the California area that would cause such an issue and I followed up with my mechanic who verified that. But like with any company that is in the business of sales you do have to be on your game and not an easy pushover. But they do catch things like burnout tail lights etcetera that we can't always notice on our own. But I take all three of my MX-5 to this particular shop for oil service

I had a great experience today with the jiffylube staff on 3000 Capitol ave in Sacramento. I was in between appointments and they where able to get me in and out very fast. They where also polite and friendly they did a good job, this is a good location to get Service and I will also be a return Customer. Keep up the great work.

I wish I could put 0 stars. After the 1st oil change my car started hemorrhaging oil. I took it back to get it fixed. I am now sitting here a 3rd time because it started leaking AGAIN. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE

Best experience I’ve had getting my car serviced. I went here because I know Future Ford would be an all day ordeal, and needed to be in and out quickly after dropping my son off downtown for school. The regional manager seems nice. He has organized a service- oriented staff. Thanks for the extra effort, I just needed an oil change quickly!

First of all i called ahead and Robin was great and said to come on in even though they were close to closing. Jourdan checked me in and gave me $ saving recommendations. After that, my car was done in no time! Will go here every time from now on!
