Jiffy Lube, Fair Oaks CA

Got the job done. Took off 1 point because they were short staffed today so it took longer than expected. Also, the employee that checked me in was inexperienced. He was polite and helpful but was clearly green. That would not have been a problem if there was someone nearby that could help out. I did get help after one of the other guys came back into the waiting area. I left with my oil changed, so all is good. I will return again. The new guy will probably be running the place by then:)

This is my new spot. The service was incredible from check in to check out. As soon as I pulled up, an employee walked out to my car and checked me in. He walked me to the waiting room. I could hear the great communication between the workers in the shop which made me feel more comfortable with my nice car in their hands. Of course they offered the “extras” but were not pushy at all. I will be returning.

Randy was doing the work of three, and managed to keep his composure. Great treatment and very respectful.

Got immediate help today diagnosing a severe oil leak. The whole crew was professional, honest, and helpful- they told me exactly what and where the leak problem was and what to do (not drive!). My dog was with me and she enjoyed all the pets the friendly staff gave her while waiting for the tow truck. Will 100% recommend and return for future oil changes. This is exactly the type of business our neighborhood should support- all the young men had pride in their work and it was obvious they had great leadership.

I called in advance and asked for brake fluid change along with oil change. I took 2 hours from my work to do both. I was told it will take 45 min. Once they changed the oil, I was told they cannot change the brake fluid because some valve is rusty and they are equipped for it. Referred me to another jiffy lub. I couldn't accomplish what I planned for those 2 hours. Now I have to do a 2nd trip. Prices: not cheap, 3 from 5. Quality: 3 from 5. Knowledge about car: despite what they pretend. 2 from 5.

These guys provide fast, quality work, and don't sell you what you don't need. I will always come back to this Jiffy Lube.

Use to be my favorite place. I do feel that this location in particular has always had quality employees but unless im in a hurry not worth high costs.

They get props for friendliness and speed, but they left so much dirt on my front passenger seat as well as dirty handprints ALL OVER my glove box. They also didn't reset my auto oil gage. BUT the owner reached out to me and offered a full refund and free car wash, even if I didn't plan on returning to his business. Who does that? ! Matt seriously went above and beyond, and I am BLOWN AWAY by the stunning customer service he provided me.

Got a good deal, they were quick too. Went there for an oil change They looked at my vehicle and gave good recommendations to refill my coolant and change my filter, they showed it to me before I gave the ok.

Excellent service. They accidentally broke the oil filter and immediately went and got a new one. Didn't even take much longer because of that. Great work team

Good place to get that oil, filters, and tires rotated. Spark plugs, and lots of other things you need. Helpful staff.

We were in Fair Oaks after evacuating from the Paradise Campfire.needed oil change and air filter replaced. Greg the Manager heard we were evacuees and told us the oil change and filter was on the house.my Wife and I blown away by his very generous gesture and are extremely grateful.thanks Greg and crew!
