Jiffy Lube, Van Nuys CA

Went for an oil change. The only reason it is 4 stars is when we pulled in the first time the systems were down and we weren't able to park there and wait for it to come back up. But once we came back, about 8 minutes later they were up and going, the service thereafter was prompt, simple, quick and painless to say the least. I always recommend checking their website for the coupons they post for their services, then you can screen shot it and they scan it and that's it. We saved 20$ from it. And best of all, we only requested the signature service oil change, and unlike most other repair shops they did not try to convince us to get other things done or tell us we needed more work done. Professional and polite. The entrance is kind of tricky and elusive to see though. Overall I was happy and way less stressed after going.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change on Sunday and have been going to this location for the last 4 years. I love that you can sit in your car while they change your oil. They are fast, friendly, and super professional.

I went back today, because my car was doing some weird things and I was greeted by the manager, Ruben. Ruben double checked my oil and all of my plugs to make sure everything was on the up and up. He ran a diagnostics and found out the issues. He personally made sure all of my concerns were addressed and provided excellent customer service. I ended up buying a brand new battery (mine was shot) and he helped me out with one of my censors. Ruben went above and beyond and provided services for me that his location doesn't normally handle.

I highly recommend this location. The manager and his staff are exceptional!

Where I come to do my oil change, the workers are nice and very helpful u dnt wait long either

They kept my credit card and when I went back to have it returned to me after they called to let me know they still had it, they gave me a hard time.

I would not take my vehicle back to this particular jiffy lube I did not get a detailed receipt I did not get my $20 off I had to pay for and provide my own oil filter without any credit received and now my brakes are making a noise.

The people who helped me were quick, efficient, and friendly. This will be my go to location for oil changes from now on. Please note that you should get there early as it is first come, first served.

Asked for a check-up before my trip to Vegas.they checked Everything! Left feeling that My trip would be safe and car-issue free.

Everything was fine until I was not given an invoice or receipt for services rendered. I was told that it will be emailed to me because their printer was not working. I haven't received the email yet. I spent a good amount and would like to know what was done to the car to keep a track record of course because I have an older car.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They work as a team and very efficient and respectful. Great work!

Ramone is amazing! I can not thank him enough for helping me today. He is an extremely knowledgeable and straight forward person, which I extremely appreciate. I got my battery replaced at a different jiffy lube a while back and immediately had issues with it. Little did I know that they sold me a battery that was too big for my car so it was having issues properly connecting with my terminals. I brought it to Ramone at this jiffy lube and even though it was not a mistake made by the mechanics, he replaced my battery for free and showed me the connection and explained what I needed to do if I had any issues in the future. I thought this process was going to be difficult however Ramone made it easy for me and truly made me feel like a valued customer. I will most definitely be coming back here for all my future oil changes etc. Thank you Ramone!

Located on Victory and Sepulveda it is easy to access from most directions. Due to COVID you stay in your car and they do every thing as you sit. Same friendly service. Everyone there is great and knowledgeable.
Prices are cheap for the synthetic oil I use for my truck. Recommend this place to anyone near the 405 in the San Fernando Valley.
I also like that once you use Jiffy Lube once they keep your car oil and updated engine info on file for future use. Usually change my own oil but when I don't have time and I take my car to them when they change the oil and say my air filter is dirty I say "leave it" and I can do it myself later. So low key it's an estimate for free.
The only down side is during certain times trying to go West onto Victory Blvd. Compared to the service and price well worth the trip.

Customer service was great, employees were very polite and knowledgable, service was completed quickly, and all at a fair price.

(added) ok, since you decided to reply and instead of thinking that there may be a probelm at that location, you wanna act like i didnt see the times.i was there at 8.actually, 745.when i went around to the frony at 8: 05, it was shuttered with a 3 car queue.i waited and no one bothered to even come out and say anything.by 8: 10, i went to the ventura location.work on your customer service before you act like a snarky remark will make me go back!

I've been going there for the past year with no issues. However, today the guy suggested replacing the A/C filter along with the usual oil change. I told the guy I had a $20 off coupon and he said he'd add another $20 off of I replaced my A/C filter (which would cost $49). I said sure! He comes back and says it'll be about $138. I looked back at my old receipts and showed him on my phone that my last visits for just the oil change were about $60. He did he'll check it out. After a couple of minutes, he said he made a mistake calculating and that it would be about $90. Wow, that's would've been a costly $50 mistake! I'm glad I said something. Jiffy Lube has improved since their old ways of all the annoying suggestive selling. So much that they stopped altogether. But today reminded me of the old JL. I just hope they're not going back to their old ways.
