Jiffy Lube, Culver City CA

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube in town because they are so helpful and nice! Just drop in or call and they will help you with your latest car-mare or tune up! Shout out to Petter with the two T’s and the gang! Thanks for all you do! Beep Beep!

Please refrain from going to this location there’s one guy with tattoos with a name like Aleta or something on his right arm with glasses I don’t think the glasses are a prescription but he’s very rude we’ll be mad if you don’t get a service he’s horrible please save yourself some time and go to another location left my car didn’t tell me it was done very unprofessional I will be contacting corporate

My check engine light came on and I went to get it checked out. They were able to tell me it was an electronic issue but they don’t deal with electronic issues. Not the place for electronic issues. They did help me with finding the issue tho

The guys at Jiffy was very nice & knowledgable. They explained every thing from what was wrong to how they was going to fix it. They even broke down how much each and every thing was going to cost.

And when I expressed to them that the cost was too high, & that I couldn't afford it. The gentleman came together, explained to me what must be done to keep my child & I safe. And then came up with a reasonable price that I can afford.

I don't know how to express my gratitude. When previous auto centers left me at unease and feeling ignorant about what was going on with my car & also quoted me way more. I started to give up on my car.

I also thought it was going to be an all day thing. I planned to leave the car and come back. But the process did not take long. Everyone was in and out.

These guys really went above and beyond. I'm more than grateful & I wish them ALL the best.

I’ve now used this specific Jiffy Lube for over 2 years. They are always transparent and really helpful. They also move fast despite that it’s first come first serve - I’ve never waited long. The General Manager John has went above and beyond a few times and even offered to help me locate a part that jiffy lube does not carry themselves, but that I really need. He didn’t have to do that. I will continue to use this shop because I trust them. Thank you for everything you do!

It’s a shame. I’ve always used Jiffy Lube with no problems but when I came to this location for an oil change they didn’t screw the cap back on properly. The next day my oil light came on and I broke down at a red light. Must have lost a lot of oil let alone the possible damage it could have done to the engine!
I’ve noticed there’s a few similar stories on here about them not screwing the oil cap back on tight enough.
Nice and friendly staff though!

Went here multiple times until the last two times I had oil leaks because they didn’t properly tighten/replace the drain plug on my oil pan. The last time there was also a complete mess with dirty oil splashed over the underside of my car that they didn’t bother to clean up.

I’ll take my business elsewhere.

And they closed early than office hours so they wouldn’t have to help it’s really sad if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work there

They got us in as quickly as possible and did the service without any pushy upsales. Pleasant experience.

Fast and professional. I was turned down at 3 different places for drop in service. On the high side of price range, but they use Penzoil and get you in and out fast. Time is money!

The staff did their jobs. The customer service was alright. Not bad, but nothing to write home about either. They were nice.

My main gripe is that the price for an oil change is INSANE. Would not recommend if there are better options available.

Popped in before work and got out on time. Rodrigo completed the service and did a great job! Manager John was super nice and went over everything with me. Bathrooms were SUPER clean! Definitely coming back again, super convenient on the way or back from work. Solid fellas!

My first time at a Jiffy Lube and I liked it. They were able to tell me what the car needed without forcing me to buy it which is cool. The only issue was when I looked at the paperwork they gave after paying for the service, some of what was mentioned by the techs that needed repair wasn't on their. I've practically forgot what all needed to be done on the car but I can always go back and have them quickly look at it.

I went here for a simple brake change and they stripped my bolt’s. Lowered my car and said they couldn’t change my brakes. Bad service
