The team was super fast and efficient. I was in desperate need of an oil change and I was able to complete this on my lunch break. I will definitely return.

They wouldn't change my motor oil because my transmission has a very slow leak. They said it was too much of a reliability. I have never heard of anything like that.
The employees seem pleasant and knowledgeable. I did have a problem shortly after I left there. I am not saying they are responsible but my value stem with core was broken off and the valve cap was on super tight. I didnt have to drive far before all of the air was out of my tire.
Either it was broken accidentally or sabotage. Half of the value stem with valve core was missing. I drove around 12 - 15 miles before going to jiffy lube and after I left, I was only able to drive a few miles.
Either way, whether it was done on purpose or accidentally, someone knew it was broken and put my valve cap back on super tight. With the valve core missing, its impossible to hold air.

Make sure to double check that they changed your oil and didn't add oil to your coolant. I had my last horable experience with jiffy lube that I will ever have because this isn't the first mistake that has happened. But to have valid verification from a shop that the oil was never even changed to somone adding oil to my coolant in my radiator. This has topped it off to just never ever using jiffy lube agin. I can not be the only customer that hasn't had the oil changed when taken it in, after they suposibly dont show the dip stick and the clean oil like they used to to verify that thy changed it to there customers. When trying to have them verify that the oil was drained and changed they have no camera down under to even verify that only from top witch I know I was low on oil so they had to add it but it doesn't verify that it was changed at all. The shop I belive and have proof of and the damages done from the oil to the coolant having to even pay a shop to have this horrible experience when it was jiffy lube you pay so much to even get a oil change done in the first place. Just watch out check that oil when your done get out the car even if it is covid dont trust it.

Just went this morning (08/14/2021) right at opening to get my oil changed. Have never used an oil change service as I'm used to servicing my own, but after moving into a new place and not having my old tools decided to take the risk. Plus, getting to the oil filter on a 2005 frontier is pretty terrible if you have big hands.

Quick, professional, and courteous. No upsells, just let them know what I needed and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They also checked tire pressure, fluids, and cleaned my windshield. Truck is running just fine. Great place and will always recommend and go back from now on. Opted to use their oil and filter and the price was definitely worth it for the time and convenience. If you know what you need, want a pain free experience, and great service with respect to your time and money - this is the place to go.

One of my favorite places to get my oil changed. This location specifically is very well ran and professional and they actually recommend the proper services you need. I recommend this one over the other location in Stockton. For reference 4 stars is top, 5 is rare for me

Horrible place tryna tell me i had a possible head gasket problem took it back to my mechanic and runs 100% fine.

I just came in today for tirer pressure check. And yo see if fluids where all good. I'm between oil changes. Our less then 20 mins. Everyone so kind. Love service there.

And I took my car down there they said they can do it a transmission flush when I got there after 10 miles they told me they didn't know what I was talking about after I called them.and then they said they did do that kind of car a Chevy Equinox when I got to there facility I kept my cool

I'm not happy it still looks dirty to Me. The guy said I came in to early for an Oil Change. So I asked for him to look at the Coolant. He said it look cloudy and said it would be $149 I wish I would took a before and after picture my family & friends said take it back. I would go back to them.

I called prior to going in and when I got there, I was given a whole different price for an oil change. It was double than what I was quoted and they wanted me to wait 45 minutes, I left.

The employees at this jiffy lube Never disappoint from the minute they greet you at your car you are very well taken care of this is the only place I've taken my car for years now they get your car in and get it done I highly recommend jiffy lube on westlane you'll be happy you went. Very fast and friendly service with a much quicker time than originally quoted! Went in to have a tire checked and the tire was inspected for free. The associate also put the correct amount of air in each tire. Very impressed with this location and its efficiency to serve all customers quickly and respectfully regardless of how busy they are. Highly recommend!
