Fast service. I really liked that everyone helped in some aspect of servicing my car to get everything expedited. Cleaning my windows and vacuuming my car even saved me a trip after my service. They also offered a discount for healthcare workers which was nice of the servicer to even mention because I was unaware of it. I would definitely come back.

Service was fast. Explanation of everything needed and done in addition to oil change. The staff were VERY friendly. During a busy time for them, they remained calm, and professional. I'll go back!

I know they want to upsell and add services but they removed my cabin filter and failed to replace cap and also lost my glove compartment cord. Now the glove compartment doesn't stay open properly.
When I called, they told me they knly have regular and synthetic blend, when I got there, they told me I needed full synthetic. Hopefully they gave me full synthetic. They also left a dirty rag in my car. Will not be returning.

Overall great.they just need to not get oil all over the inside of the car where they work.oil fingerprints on dash and oil shoe prints and light oil stains on inside of doors and seats

I had been there 2 different occasions and still they do not let me see there oil brands up close. BEWARE THEY DO NOT CARRY A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL THERE. Its a scam. They charge you for a full synthetic oil but in all actuality its a synthetic blend. NOT A FULL SYNTHETIC. YOU WERE WARNED.

It was quick. A little pricey, but I will continue to go. Staff has a great attitude and very knowledgeable. Great job folks!

Brought in my own oil and filter, in and out within half an hour! Very friendly people and reasonable prices in my opinion. No upsells, no BS! Will be making this my exclusive oil shop!

I went to Jiffy Lube in Atwater and was told their system was down. I had to drive to Merced.and wait an hour to get my oil changed. Merced Jiffy Lube, on V St, was very nice, but busy.

This place have the most polite gentlemen. I've never been here and Michael was nice enough to explain what I needed to do and the social distancing procedures. He explained everything that would be fine to my vehicle for a oil change. I waited outside on the chairs provided. Not to snazzy but what do you expect from a place that changes oil lol. At least they provided outside seating. Sergio called me in to go over the pricing and he was very thorough and explaining that my car is high mileage and that it needed fluids and he also let me know what fluids I did not need and they were honest about the parts I didn't need to have replaced. My total was about $92.00 but wanted my coolent topped off and I went for a couple extra on top of the high mileage I chose around $65.00. The inside was very clean and organized. Very polite men! It was a pleasure coming here and I will definitely come again! I'm glad Midas said they couldn't do my oil change. Eventhough there was no one there! Funny that jiffy lube is right next door.
